I found hair twice in biscuit 🍪 but today I found again now my health is not ok and I had an stomachache problem because of that

I got less biscuits in pack compared to other days, it happened twice once ignored but again this happening can't be ignored. We trust your company your products so uh should take care o[censored]r customers. Need to take action

I am eating Priya gold butter delight biscuit and I found a black thread In the biscuit this is very disappointing and harmful for our please take a strict action

Today (05/09/2023) I bought a puff biscuit from a local shop in jodhpur. When I opened the packet and ate 1 piece of biscuit I saw a caterpillar in the biscuits and the tasted very bad and spongy. I want remark as soon as possible. I want the compensation.

I bought priyagold biscuits classic creme orange flavoured biscuits but the taste of the biscuits is so weird as it taste like very much minted/like pudin hara syrup why is it so ? is there any added chemical in that ? if it is then it maybe caution for a human ..! As i have eaten one biscuit and left the pack as it is .Alss tried to reach company through number mentioned on back side of the packet ..but not reachable
Kindly do the needful ., as it may be dangerous to human soul

I got this pack of biscuits on Diwali and but half if it to realize it had a strand of hair in it. This is very unhygienic and made me want to puke. This is beyond the safety standards of fssai with a hair allowed in a packed biscuit.

PriyaGold Marie light biscuits feel like having soil particles in it.
I purchased a whole bundle of 12 packs of priyaGold marie light biscuits. Not even a single packet felt good. I purchased it from a shop situated in Nand Gram Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Date of purchase- 26 July, 2022.
Even one packet is still left unopened. And am sure, It will taste same as others tastes. Felt like biscuits are having soil in it.

I buy priyagold Italiano cookies no cookies only one cookies empty box give me shopkeeper.please dont buy priyagold cookies.

I bought a CNC biscuits of your company. As I opened it I found a lot of dirt and black mold type inside it.you guys are play with peoples life.

I found a hair strand baked inside the priyagold puff biscuit. Very disappointed to know the company's hygiene standards. I don't have outer packet of the product as I already threw it away but I'm attaching the gift box package in which the puff biscuit came.

Found cnc biscuit with 2 rapped seal.
And when i opened a rapper i found another rapper inside the 1st rapper. And inner rapper was not sealed and the quantity of biscuits was low as compared to other cnc packets.

This is to inform you i brought product of priyagold cheese cracker biscuits from samel pada, nallasopara. When i eat the biscuit i found something unedible thing inside the biscuit that might be plastic or cotton thread. This is out of tolarance i really shocked and disappointed as this is such a known brand. As a consumer we expect good quality product.
I request you to do take all nessesory action.

The mrp of butter delite biscuit is rs. 5 and the weight printed on the pack is 50 gm but when i actually weighed, it was 45 gm which means every ten packets should weigh 500 gms but in actual it is 450 gms but if company takes the full amount of the product then we should be getting everything as per the price and i consider it as a fraudulent action

I have complained three times by email before this, but no response was found. This was very irritating for me.
I had bought the priyagold snakker yesterday evening. But today when i opening the packet, i saw that it was no batch code printed on the packet, it is very shock full, i bought your product many time. But i'm very disappointed,
I am sending you some photos.
Priyagold snakker is worthless to me. I can not give it to my daughter to eat. I want to exchange this product to anathor box.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Being regular priyagold consumer i never thought the company could be so careless. I was having butter delite biscuit with chai or tea and while having the bite there this pin was inside my mouth i didn't know a well reputed company like priyagold could have done this. I would like to warn to the company for future chaos or problems and this is highly unprofessional.

I have been using PriyaGold's biscuits from long time and not only me but my it is widely used in my family and among my friends and colleagues and I never found any problem in any of its products but today I got a plastic thread inside Butter Delite of PriyaGold which was really disappointing and I felt very sad about that it has broken my belief to the brand. What if any small kid would have been eaten it before it could be caught by eyes...

It was witnessed by me that priyagold butter bite premium butter bite biscuit was having hair right inside the biscuit, when i was supposed to eat it i saw the biscuit was hanging after it's was cracked inbetween while eating. As one of our family member have already consumedit n he got food poisoning.

So this is very serious concern to health and it is witnessed that priyagold company is not following the standard norms and products hygiene is not maintained.

I purchased 10 biscuit packet from gurgaon. I found bidi in one biscuit. It was shocking for me. It's very shameful. I write you complaint on your official mil id. I have loged complaint on cunsumer form and fssai also. If you not contact me i will share all the things on social media and news chanels. I bought a packet of priyagold snakker cake of chocolate flavour. Its taste was so disgusting as if it was rotten, a stale smell was coming out of it so i had to threw it away in the dustbin. I checked its expiry date but it was not expired also. I bought these cakes earlier also but it never tasted so bad. So i want u to check the quality o[censored]r products before sending it to the market or else if it continued like this then ill stop purchasing ur company products. I was totally shocked when I opened the packet and I found one metal screw sticken in one of the biscuit of which photo attached.
This is total ignorance and bad quality service from such a big name which I trust earlier.

I always love to have priyagold biscuits but after seeing this I will never ever buy your product and will never suggest anyone to buy this product. This is total risk to someone's life
If I ate this in hurry without seeing screw. I can't imagine what could happen.
Pls take some serious action and I will also forward complaint and this packet to government food authorities for sampling

And will also move to consumer court for resolution

A product of priyagold that is classic cream is not packed properly, packing is opened,
Their is another miss packing inside in which is already opened .

The date claimed for use by is not tested and when we tasted biscuits, they tasted absolutely awful as if we are .

There is no way of complaining to company directly.
