This is to bring to your attention regarding the Priyagold biscuits supplying through the irctc kiosks. Two days back I have purchased one packet of Bourbon Cream Biscuits from chennai Beach station (platform no.7 & 8) kiosk. The details are as follows:

This packet contained foreign particle (black colour stone) instide. This is the first time in my life span I could find a foreign particle inside the biscuit. Biscuits are mostly in particularly consumed by children. Also the quality of the biscuit is very poor compare to other brands which is priced at the same cost.

I am surprised to understand that this supplied throgh the irctc and this is the only brand available at most of the irctc kiosks. I am sure that this is negligence and deficiency in service from the concerned officials who is incharge of manufacturing and packing.

I would request you to kindly look into this issue and take necessary action to rectify this service deficiency and also improve the quality with other competent brands.
