I bought a fast track watch worth 699 i wanted to return the product because was not satisfied with the low quality product since the received product is not which i ordered. I ordered female watch and received a male watch. Tried to contact the company through the number and email given in the website but no response and few numbers does not exist which i found in the package. Its a fraud company. Please help for the refund and take action...

I have ordered a watch (Brand fastrack - as given in company website) for rs499 and got a local watch worth rs 50 maybe hat too i doubt. Now when i am reaching company's contact no [protected], phone is not even getting connected. The courier guy[protected], [protected]) he is also not picking up the call. Then I want to return the product through products vila website it is not log in I was given correct mail address and password then also...

I have ordered watch (Which was fastrack - price 499) but i have recieved a local watch which is broken.
