Crosses the city before its time
On date 28/11/21, Bus no. 6940 from ludhiana to patiala crosses the city on 7:00 pm, but its timming to reach ludhiana is 7:25 pm.
It will create me diificulty.

Very bad code of conduct displayed by the bus conductor of ludhiana-sangrur Roadways bus

Having already taken my ticket I was using my phon.. Other conductor standing besides me was giving tickets instead of coming in front of me he stood behind and touched my head to ask for my ticket... Such a poor and disgusting gesture by him... Was justifying the touch by saying that u didn't listen that's why I had to do that, such a irrelevant thing to do

I suffer in prtc bus no. 1339 in this bus the services given by the conductor is not good actually in this bus was sufer some drunked people's and spoke loudly but conductor can't take action against and 2 reason I was already talk 4 times to conductor about the lights off of the bus but conductor can't so it's a humble request to take some action against to the both my reviews and my suffer is not good in prtc I can't suffer next time in prtc

Driver denied that Bus will not stop at dhanaula due to only ladies passenger
Hi, today me and my mother was trying to board this bus PB13W2018 at barnala to dhanaula, but driver denied us that bus will not stop at dhanaula due to only ladies passenger as he will get no fare from us. His behaviour was really rude.

I was traveling in my car from chandigarh to zirakpur. Driver of PRTC AC bus was driving very rashly. He was about to hit me but with God grace I had a narrow escape. When I objected about this he and bus conductor misbehaved very badly, even threaten to hit me again with the bus. Being government staff, I request to educate them not to drive harshly and don't misbehave with common public. Please take appropriate action against both of them....

Today 01/09/2021, I started from Pondicherry to chennai through PRTC Bus no safety measures have been taken against the covid 19 . All seats are filled and there is no self distancing at all...I had a worst experience today.

Extra charges
So, yesterday me and my mum we were returning from my uncle's house from sultanpur. we took sultanpur to kapurthala bus, fine no problem, we had 15-20kg rise, but nothing it was good trip, then we had to take Kapurthala to Jalandhar, fine as well, no problem, mind you all these were PRTC but wee took 3rd bus from Jalandhar bus stand to Khanna(around 9:40 am or so), and the ticket conductor demanded we pay half Ticket for rice, when we asked why, he presented no reason, and replied in very rude tone to my mum, "u have to pay"
we kept asking why but all he did was, "u have to pay" giving no reason or info about why. so another ticket conductor came, yes there were two for some reason, the dude with cap on was being rude while the man with turban was kind of respectful, but nonetheless he didn't present any reason either, just said, "his job is in danger if he don't?" i have no clue what he meant, so we had to pay, half ticket for rice, i don't recall rice being able to speak or taking a seat.
I couldn't ask their names, but the rude guy had the silver kada written on it "Panwar"
And i've a video of him.
another thing is, overfilling of bus, all the buses are stacked upon stacked. i don't care about 70 rupee much as much as i do for him to be strictly warned or fired, such behavior wont be tolerated if there was someone else,

I am Deepak Shori([protected]) s/o Sh. Karam Chand Sharma r/o bharat cycle&spy kids mehas gate road nabha.i was traveling with my wife on bus no.pb-11-bu-3726 dt.19 august 2021 at 9:28am.
For the ticket, my wife showed the driving license issued by the Punjab government to the conductor but he said that driving license will not work, show your Aadhar card or voter card, I said, I have shown in my phone, he said that the phone pic not accepted, I told him Digi Locker is verified but he refuses to believe everything. I told him that, I am a journalist, I know that it is valid, then he misbehaved and said that he don't care anyone

No covid protocol bus started but stopped
Just 15-20 days back prtc bus services started from SIDHWAN bet to ludhiana but again stopped to give benifits to private players everyday you can see buses over crowded with passengers bit still bus service stopped making people travel in private buses and not that only private buses looting passengers n even overcrowded daily making travelling for daily routers n even old age people risky kindly start again bus of timing 4 pm n 5.10 pm from SIDHWAN bet to Ludhiana

Conductor abusing women in the bus and not wearing mask

I am Mannat Kinger from Malerkotla. I was travelling in the bus with my family to Patiala. The conductor, ABS 39 did not have any manners to talk, he misbehaved with me and my father during a normal discussion. He even said abusive words to my father and asked us to leave the bus. Please look into this matter. Such people should not be allowed to provide services to people.

Rash driving and nuisance in road

The above stated number plate of shan-e-pepsu prtc bus is really poor service to the people who travel in that. Causing problems to the travellers and bypassers in road. Rash driving and excessive blow of horn has disturbed many passengers and other bypassing people .
Do take strict action.
Atleast make the drivers and conductors understand the traffic rules.

Regarding free travel for ladies
Today i travel from patiala to mohali in PRTC bus.bus service is free but the patiala bus stand conductor had taken full amount of ticket and didnt see adhaar card.

PRTC Bus PB03AJ 4615 at speed more than 100 km/hr
We saw this bus near ram pura on 20th May at 11:10 and driver was driving at more than 100 km/hr, almost touching 120 km/hr.
The driving was rash.

More than 90% passengers
I boarded train from Mansa to bathinda on 11 May 2021 at 2.50 pm. More than 90% seats were filled and conductor and driver misbehaved with me. No checking. Accorfing to the prevailing condition of COVID 19 only 50% passengers are allowed

As per the situation of covid-19, we can understand that 50% people are allowed in buses, but not single bus stopped at banur bus stand and we are facing issues in the morning due to this problem.

Misbehavior by AC bus conductor

Stoppage from Delhi to Patiala
PRTC Volvo has increased the prices many folds yet we are traveling in this bus. No masks or sanitizers were provided in the bus. None of the passengers were asked to keep the mask on. The most derogatory part was the stoppage at Mayur Dhabha in Peepli. What is the use of paying so much price if the bus stops at an completely unhygienic place where there is no distinction between a sleeper bus filled with people like cattle and a volvo! I feel cheated and deliberately put at risk of catching Corona! This was mental harassment.

I have booked prtc bus 28 may from chandigarh to sangrur. I have received confirmation mail and ticket also. But when i have reached the boarding point there was no bus. I have waited for 1 hour but there was no bus even i have reached before the time. This is very bad service. I want my money back please refund my ticket money asap.

non booking of a seat in volvo bus

When i try to book a seat in volvo bus for travel from patiala to delhi in bus departing at 4.20 am and 5.00am on 11 march 2020 the system is showing one seat available in both the buses but when i try to make payment the system shows a message"the seat has been booked by some one else" and the same message is being repeated since the last two hours despite the fact that one seat is available there in both the buses.
Further, i may bring it to your notice that 4 [four] seats are kept concealed which are booked just before departure by the conductor at his own discretion without any system and procedure whereas there should be a system of waitlist like trains

bus driver rejecting to drop me at my station to which I have ticket

I am charu kalra r/o rajpura district patiala punjab working in district court complex sector 43 chandigarh. I used to do updown from rajpura to chandigarh on daily basis. Whenever i use prtc bus no. Pb0309975 which stated at front that it will go to sector 43 chandigarh from rajpura, conductor everytime stops the bus on the way to chandigarh and requests every passanger to drop on the way or get another bus which is not acceptable by the ordinary persons to get easily from the mid way.
Today on 24/1/2020 at 10:13:12 i took the same bus from rajpura to chandigarh and conductor while giving me the ticket asked me to be dropped in mid way to chandigarh and when i denied the same because i have the ticket to chandigarh sector 43 bus stand. Then he threatened me that i will be thrown out of the bus if i will not come down in the mid way rather going on bus stand.
I have the ticket with me of rs.65/- from rajpura to chandigarh bus stand and this service of bus will not at all be tolerated and there is deficiency in service by pepsu board transport and staff and this is daily harassment caused to the general public which someday cause to bad quarrels due to deficiency in service and misbehaviour of the conductor.
Kindly look into the matter and solve the grievance or i shall have to take legal action against the same.

Today on 24/1/2020 at 10:13:12 i took the same bus from rajpura to chandigarh and conductor while giving me the ticket asked me to be dropped in mid way to chandigarh and when i denied the same because i have the ticket to chandigarh sector 43 bus stand. Then he threatened me that i will be thrown out of the bus if i will not come down in the mid way rather going on bus stand.
I have the ticket with me of rs.65/- from rajpura to chandigarh bus stand and this service of bus will not at all be tolerated and there is deficiency in service by pepsu board transport and staff and this is daily harassment caused to the general public which someday cause to bad quarrels due to deficiency in service and misbehaviour of the conductor.
Kindly look into the matter and solve the grievance or i shall have to take legal action against the same.

volvo bus discontinued from delhi to patiala night journey

There was a volvo bus service from isbt kashmere gate new delhi to patiala bus stand every night at 10 pm, but suddenly they discontinued the bus with no reason, and now we have to travel through hvac bus l, which is very uncomfortable for the night journey, so i request you to please start again volvo night bus service from delhi to patiala.

Hello my name is dilpreet singh parmar residence sainik vihar gali no.6 rama mandi jalandhar i am travelling in your bus prtc volvo pb11bv9494. The bus started from delhi isbt near about 12 00 clock and we reached rajpura at 4 00 clock the conductor told us bus will stop about 25. Mins

always late arriving on destination at least 25-30 mints

Bus starts at 4:30 am from bathinda to ludhiana reaches always late atleast 25-30 mints. It reaches ludhiana on 8:00 am always but the right time is 7:30 am to reach ludhiana. When any passenger say to conductor or bus driver regarding same they reply always "don't come with us". This is not acceptable response from government employee. Because of their irresponsibility we always reaches late to our offices. Every bus moving on this route takes 3 hours in high traffic volume also but this bus takes 3.5 hours on morning time when traffic volume is too less.
If possible, please maintain the service.

The bus driver of vehicle number 1527 crashed into my car on a very hugh speed and reckless driving. The incident happened at palavakkam when the traffic signal was red. My car was scratched on the left side completely and broke my left hand side view mirror, resulting in crashing the wind shield of my car. The bus driver never bothered to stop the bus. This is a pure case of hit and run case. Vehicle number 1527.
