Pune Railway Station Parking Complaints & Reviews

I've been seeing this rude parking employee at #Pune #RailwayStation since a long time. Actually since the last 20 years. It happened again today when this guy asked for Rs.30 instead of Rs.20 without any reason and started abusing me and my family.

I have parked my scooty for 2 days and when I come to station to pick up my scooty it's too much darty and stool of birds and also too much dent and scratches on new scooty .it's such a 3rd class service once they charges for it and services are 3rd class catagory.

Contract of Pune station should be action again this parking owner and attendent also and they need to charge and penalty for this 3rd class service

At Pune railway station, the parking charges are Rs. 10/- for two wheelers. But the contractor charges Rs. 20/- When I asked hin, he arrogantly told me that "Rs. 20/- is not for general public, read on the board". There is no such board. If it is a fact, let a board be displayed there with the actual parking charges. When we told we are from defence forces they started misbehaving and tried to remove my bike keys, and called few people and started shouting at us saying that its our property, its not your house etc etc. Somehow i pushed that man and took my bike keys back. Railway authorities and police must take actions against them.
Just imagine the large number of vehicles being parked there per day which gives scraches to our new bikes and they are list botherd and parking attendents says tell whom you want to tell we dont care and the huge fraud the contractor is doing. I expect some positive happening as early as possible. The contractor must be punished heavily.

My Car i had parked in the Paid Parking. While exiting, the Parking person had made the exit gate jam packed with cars and bikes and was guiding me to move out my Car. While following his instructions he did not tell about the left side Bike parked and my Car scratched the Bike after which he told he did not see. When I asked for my damaged bumper paint charges he refused to give.

The people who collect parking charges at Pune Railway station misbehaves and don't give us the parking ticket. When I asked for it they confront and starts shouting and beating my car windows. If I park my car at back gate the charges are 20/- and on front gate they charged me 40/- for 5 mins. On front gate even if I don't park my car they take parking charges.

Today(10 June 2022) I paid the parking charge of 40/- for just 5 min parking and asked for ticket so they were like "Abe chal na, aage badh " and started beating my car. I asked them why are they beating my car even after paying the parking fee, they again bang on my car with more force and shouted "Chal nikal". These guys should be arrested for their "Dadagiri" at railway station.

I parked my car at the Pune parking lot on the Jehangir Hospital side morning on August 16th, 2013 at 9:10am. The parking lot was filled with auto rickshaws (blocking may parked cars) such that it was very difficult to find parking. There was no parking staff available to help park the car. I finally found a spot. I picked up my parents and started to reverse the car. The parking lot attendant appeared out of nowhere and asked for the 10/- which I paid (and got a receipt). Meanwhile since autos was all over the place in the parking lot, there was very little room to maneuver. I was reversing the car slowly, there was another auto driver directing me. In the process, the back of my car slightly touched an auto that was parked there. There was no damage to either my car or the auto. But the parking attendant immediately went and reported this to a couple of people that were probably union leaders there who promptly came and without listening to anything I had to say, demanded Rs 100/-. With all of this, the driver of the auto involved in the incident got emboldened and started demanding money. They stood in front of my car not allowing me to move. When I asked why I should pay when there was no damage, the union leaders asked the auto driver to take a big stone and hit my car. He said then the damages would be even. The parking lot attendant was watching the fun, laughing at us and urging me to pay the amount so that other vehicles could move. Since my elderly parents were in the car, I didn't want to prolong this further and seeing as they were getting violent, I paid the 100 rupees and left. There was no police in sight, so I couldn't wait there blocking the traffic and inconveniencing everyone including my parents that are senior citizens.
