Battery not working
I raise a complaint regarding my PURE EV ePluto 7G electric scooter, purchased on 11th March 2022 from Royal Motors, Madurai. The scooter's battery (Serial Number: EP76GH131022) has not been functioning correctly, causing severe inconvenience.
Adding to the issue, the service center in Madurai is no longer operational, and the dealership from where I purchased the scooter has also shut down. I raised an online complaint through your website on 27th November 2024, but I have not received any response or update so far.
This lack of service support and delayed response is unacceptable, especially considering the vehicle is under warranty. I request immediate attention to the following:
Arrange for an authorized service center or technician to resolve the battery issue in Madurai.
Provide updates regarding my previously raised complaint.
Confirm the procedure for availing warranty benefits if local service is unavailable.
Please treat this as an urgent matter, as the vehicle is essential for my daily commute. I look forward to a swift resolution to this issue.

I bought this scooty in Sep-21. By Sep-22, the vehicle was not even providing mileage of 10kms. In addition to the mileage problem, the battery indicator is misleading -, showing available battery whereas it would get turned off in 2 minutes' drive. This led me to walk several kms with the dead vehicle from office in formal suits & dress; to walk by towing vehicle while wearing heavy traditional costumes, attending functions.
