I orded ilpo bottery and its tempeoror b3 charger
as i notesed after first charge the battery was swealed and the indeature (led) was not working
its been 5 weeks and my problem is still not solved
dont buy stuff from quartz componets...

Food was not hot - Taste was horrible
I ordered some snacks for a rainy afternoon, but after 2 hours the food got delivered and it was not hot and taste was also bad
I called customer care and they told that because of bengalur taffic the order was dealyed. I asked them to take the order back and provide a refund but nothing was done from their side.
Ended up wasting money and time with this people - Better order from swiggy or zomoto

Fake product, No customer Support

Please don't buy anything from this website all product they sent are fake and some of them are completely dead that is the reason they are selling it in such a low price. The components I have ordered stopped working in a day and some of them are already not working out of the box. Their is no way to claim refund or replacement as their customer support simply say the product is not having warranty. If you are purchasing after checking Youtube reviews then All YouTube reviews are paid and you will lose your hard earned money on these fake apps.

I ordered a list of items from quartzcomponents.com
Later that same day I cancelled my order. They told me to write them to cancel the order. So I did.
Order was prepaid on 25th of December, cancelled on 25th of December.
First they told me money will be refunded in 5-6 business days.
I didn't received it, so I wrote back to them. Then they told me they haven't even started with the refund yet and told me...

Denying return+refund shamelessly using cheap lies

The received batteries in 6 quantity did not work for battery backup. On discussion, they said to confirm it with battery tester. I found that the voltage of the arrived new batteries was even lower than that of old batteries. I shared the all info with them. The whatsapp chat is attached herewith.
On a followup query, I got a call from their company and he(they) came up with a very strange lie. He said that sometime back during discussion with their agent, I also complained about the colour of a Rs 15 item, and they replied that it had the right colour. Thus satisfying me for a problem, and now they cannot address any issue for this order. I was astonished with the creativity to lie and deny responsibility, that too without any proof/record of a communication in this regard.
Who is a fool to discuss a Rs 15 item when there is a problematic Rs 500 items under concern. Such discussion never happened. And my only concern for batteries is shameless denied, even after offering to bear return shipping fees and other processing charges.
For me, it is the cheapest way so for to deny responsibility for problematic delivery, using such a lowly lie. Such experiences push us away from our own startups and business towards mediating services as Amazon, giving profits to these foreign establishments, just for the sake of the customer trust and post delivery experience shown by them. I pray for the way our startups are putting short term gain over long term business.
I am sharing this experience here to tell about a new opportunity for donation. People may factor my experience of a denied replacement/return (with me offering to bear some charges) as they place an order.
