I am having the subscription for emergency services by RACE. I got my tyre puntured at 5:30 pm and on put the complaint same time . But the service is provide to me after 1:30 hrs . This time is too much , on complaning at the call center , the representative said its the service for the area where no alternative is present . This really annoying .

I complained regarding car having starting problem and I am standing in Noida at 9.16 am. It is already 11.37am and still waiting for the mechanic to attend. I called their helpline nos. many time but every they say 30 minutes.
This is service which they commit 30 minutes on road while taking membership. I recommend not to take their membership at any cost. They are the biggest stupids and make fool of you.

I am a member of your car helpline service for my Car No.-DL9C 0641 vide membership no. SDL 7871.

Yesterday i was coming from Meera Bagh towards my residence in Guruharikishan Nagar,Paschim Vihar when my car broke down suddenly (car stopped in the middle of road).I made a complaint at 17:40 & was promised for assistance to reach within 30 min (as usual) but there was no response till 18:25 (45 minutes from the time of compaint made) & then i made a call at 18:25 supposing that mechanic may have stucked up in traffic.I was told that the mechanic will be reaching in 10 minutes from peeragarhi & was given the number of mechanic( No.was [protected]) & was told to talk to mechanic.I contacted the mechanic on given no. & to my surprise he was in Begampur( near to sec 21,22,23 in rohini-- approx 40 min. drive from where i was standing) & he was even not aware of my complaint.

I again contact on the customer care no.[protected] & was told that mechanic will be reacing in another 5 minutes.When i told them about the exact situation they didnot have any reply for it & started arguing with me rudely & one of the executives asked me to take back my charges that i have paid & disconnected the phone.I called up again & then one gentleman by the name of Mr. Amar talked to me & said that the money cannot be refunded back.

Realising the situation i then walked for almost 2 kms to take a local mechanic who repaired the car & charged Rs 250/- for it & i reached home after 1 1/2 hrs of standing on road.

I have been associated with your company from last 10 years & my another car( No. DL 4C AJ 5464) is also registered for with your helpline & this is the treatment that i am getting.If you guys are not capable of attending to the queries on time & giving correct information then pls. refund my charges.

I am compalining for :

1. Irresponsible & Rude behaviour from a 10 year old customer
2. Giving Incorrect information & lying

race — Not servicing the complaint on time

Complained for Flat tyre. The turn around time is 30 mins. The mechanic dn't turn til next two hours.

    I have used race car helpline service for my car since one year. Once I called them up to change my punctured car tyre they assured me that their person will reach me within half an hour but when noone reached me even after one hour I called up again and this time they told me that the mechanic can reach me anytime and they gave me his phone no too. when I called up the mechanic I was surprised that his number was switched off. I again called up race helpline and this time no one picked up my call either.
    I tried several more times but in vain. Its the worst service I have come across.

    one should never take services from them.
    There average turn around time is 1.5-2 hours or some time more than that.
    they even deny for giving services in some parts of Delhi NCR.
    and there managers are also duffers. if you will complain with there managers they wont help help you inspite of doing any good to you they will start IRRITATING you

    I would like to inform you that i way u r teating ur customers very carelessly. I had been waiting for help in miidle of heavy rain no one truned till two hours.
    I want my money back and if i don't get any response on this comment. Than I would have to take hard step

    Hi, myself Govind.. my Customer card no. is DLF 3939 and Activation code: 48972549. I had used Race Car Helpline service few days back.. my bike was puntcured.. i called up helpline no. and they said mechanic will come within half an hr but nobody reaches after 2 hrs. Its raining and i was waiting for the guy and i called up so many times and no one picked up the phone.. no response. Now I want my money back... please give it back to me... Please look into this matter.. otherwise i'll take you the consumer court and i mean it

      I WAS TRAVELING FROM DELHI TO NOIDA VIA MAYUR VIHAR, MY CAR I.E. FORD IKON GOT OVER HEATED AND I WAS WITH WIFE AND KIDS . I GAVE A CALL AT 07:35 PM AND WAS TOLD THAT THE CAR SHOULD BE THERE BY 30MINS. AFTER 45 MINS I CALL UP AND ASK, BEEN TOLD WE WOULD CALL BACK AND AFTER AGAIN 15 MINS THE ANSWER WAS PLS DON'T DISTURB ME PLS CALL AT THE OTHER NO. AT WHICH U LOGGED A COMPLAINT BELONGING TO THE SAME COMPANY AND THE GUY WAS VERY RUDE. THEN AFTER A LONG WAIT I CALLED UP AT 9:05PM I WAS TOLD THAT WE THOUGHT THAT YOU WOULD HAVE GOT IT REPAIRED BY THE LOCAL MECHANIC BY NOW AS IT DIDN'T REACH, IF I WANTED IT STILL TO COME THEN IT WOULD TAKE AT LEAST 45MINS MORE. THE SAME KIND OF PROBLEM I FACED WHEN I GOT STUCK AT GREATER NOIDA AND AFTER 4 AND A HALF HOURS I WAS GIVEN A NO. OF THE DRIVER OF THE VAN TO GUIDE THE ROUTE AND THEN THE DRIVER TELLS ME THAT HE IS STILL IN DELHI. AND THE COMPANY GIVING FALSE STATEMENTS FRON 30MINS TO 4.5 HOURS. FINALLY AGAIN I HAD TO GET MY CAR REPAIRED OUTSIDE. THIS SHOWS HOW BIG FRAUDS ARE RACE CAR HELPLINE WHO DOESN'T HAVE GOOD STAFF NOR GOOD STRENGTH OF CARS AS THEY PROMISE. WHEN THEY SOLD ME THE MEMBERSHIP THAT TIME I WAS TOLD SIR IT IS BETTER THAN CROSSROAD WHICH I WAS USING FROM LAST MANY YEARS, BUT HATS OFF TO CROSSROAD THEY ARE 1000 TIMES BETTER THAN RACE.

      I have shared the same agony several times with RACE. One of worst mistakes i did in terms of subscription of has been associating with RACE. The sales guy who came was down on his knees persuading me to take their membership. I said RACE sucks( I had it last year too) ; he said there has been some demerger within the company etc...and I won't face any problem now on. I pitied the poor chap and went ahead to plunge in the dirty pool of RACE services(the lack of them actually).
      They wont turn up for hours..The guys on the phone are some of the rudest and meanest first order bas**#%ds I have ever come across. They pay no heed to the fact that what kind of trouble their customers might be in. At the drop of a hat they ask for money. You name anything (any problem) they would utter some 'extra charge' for that. To make it all worse they increased their service charges midway ( Yes- many people may not even know that now if you get a flat tyre and you got no stepney i.e its required that your flat tyre be taken away for fixing- the RACE F*&%ers would cahrge 50 rs extra for that. Just see the opportunism there !! How can they go ahead and increase the service charges midway ???

      May god pull the shutters down on these godforsaken goons ASAP. !!!
      I cant believe this.
      I just wanted to check when was I due to pay up the Race car guys so I dialed[protected] / 68 and there is no response. It says that the services to this number are temperorily disconnected.

      What a shocker!!!

      I am atleast sure not to re-new it for my Indica. thankfully Indica Turbo has not given me even a single complaint till date.
      The only expense I have incurred is on the tyres after 41, 000 kms. That too was my fault as I did not align the tyres on the right time and drove the car with unbalalced tryres for about 800 kms over two months, , stupid enough I had to change the front two tryes, , ,

      Rest I would say Indica Turbo is the best what the money can get.. but these race car guys, , , , , I swear, , no more money to them...

        I am Vijender Jain. My Customer ID of Race Car Helpline is SDL-8067 and my car no. is DL3CAG-0412. As per commitment with me by race car helpline to erect my car as and when required in Delhi and NCR. But today (11/04/09) at 17:50 hours my car got puncher on road and I was with my family. My son was suffered with fever. In trouble time I called on Race Car Helpline to help me but they ask to reach within 30 minutes. But they don’t reach on site even after 90 minutes. This is a serious default in service and I felt cheated by race car helpline. Kindly register my complaint in this regards and help me to recover my fee given to race car helpline. And also provide compensation from them, coz I feel that they may also cheat with other customers.

        AND THIS IS HAPPNING MOSTLY TIMES WITH RACE.

        NOW I'LL SAY THAT RACE IS VERY BIG FRAUD COMPANY.

          I am a consumer of RACE Car Helpline Delhi from last three years. My consumer number is 1829 and my membership starts from March 2008 till March 2009. Last year in July when I was in Central Delhi area, I ran out of petrol, I called for petrol. The RACE helpline people took around one hour in reaching to me. A passerby came forward and helpd me. He gave me aruond two liter petrol from his stock. Meanwhile RACE help also arrived there. I asked the helpline person to give me petrol so that I could return him that. The helpline person started arguing. After a long argue, he started his car for going back. Meanwhile a police gypsy passed. The person who had helped me asked the police for help. Police intervened and then matter resolved as the helpline fellow gave me petrol.
          After few weeks I again ran out of petrol in east Delhi. I called the RACE people, but shocked to know that they have cancelled my membership. Is it not a case of consumer right..? I don't have time to go to consumer court and to lodge a complaint in the court. Can it be done through internet?

          i have been a customer of race car helpline for quite some time now. i have almost given them 10 customers. just few hours back my car broke down near my house. i lodged a complaint and later while tryin my car jus started, so i drove 2 more kms n was about to call their executive that dont send me their car as my car is atleast in a condition that i can reach home. but then suddenly my car again broke down, so i called them to request that please send your vehicle on a different location which was hardly 2kms from the previous one. that was the time when their representative started misbehaving and arguing, which certainly led to agrument from my side also. later he challenged me that he wont service my car. then again i called up to lodged a complaint and i was surprised to know that this company has given so much power to their caller executives that they can refuse to service you. i myself from banking industry and if i refuse service to any of my customer, my bank will surely chuck me off. these people are not giving me any complaint numbers also and moreover im paying to race company not to that employee. so company should make sure that they provide me service. i am soo shocked with the incident. the number i called was [protected].
          the really hope that some action should be taken against the paticular employee.

            I had subscribed to the RACE car helpline on 24/8/08. The RACE company had sent their Franchise sales agent from Waris Associates to my residence. The amount was paid to the person and the Sales agent gave a receipt to that and also told me and wrote on the receipt that on payment of Rs.365 I wshall be getting service from 24/8/08 to 23/11/08.

            I was travelling from Dwarka to Residence in Delhi on 9 Oct 08 with family at 4 am when my car had a puncture. When I called up RACE the call centre for Help the man told me that my RACE membership had lapsed on May 08 itself. I pleaded to him that my membership to RACE was valid. He advised me that if I pay Rs.400 for a new membership then I ll get the service. The amount was too much for a puncture.

            Finally a passer by was requested to change the tyre to whom I had to pay Rs.150. Today when I was checking the record I found the receipt on which was clearly written that my membership was valid upto 23/11/08. Which means despite having paid I was not given the service.

            Today I had a talk with the Manager Sharmila and the Resident Manager Gaurav Choudhary on[protected] who insisted that indeed my membership had lapsed. However when I asked him that I had the payment Receipt in written on the payment receipt that the validity was upto 23/11/08, he replied that he is not responsible for the mistakes or cheating done by his staff or his agents.

            I m sure you would agree that this grossly violates the rights of me as a customer.

            If thts the case, i was looking for taking up the service and now will think twice before taking such service.
            I was just about to take up the membership for RACE. If this is the case then I wont. Can you suggest any other membership for a 24-hour car service helpline number?

            Yes they are the big cheats in the city.
            1. It takes minimum 30 minuts to get their number after contineously Re-dialing. Try any hour of the day and night.
            2. If it is picked up they disconnect it.
            3. Most of the time their computer system is down.
            4. They will be never in time.
            5. They even deny some services. Like I called them after trying 11:30 to 12:00 pm on 29th March 2009 for the complaint of my side window glass was slipped into the door and I requested them for the just lifting it up so that I can have a sleep in the night. They said it does not come in the service and disconnected the line. Then I did n't have courage and patience to re connect them.
            It is just waste of time contacting them. Rather keep your mechanic number or look for local help.

            THEY ARE THE BIGGEST CHEAT IN THE TOWN

            PLEASE BE CARFUL OPTING FOR RACE SERVICE.

            Yes I totally agree I am also the member of RACE from past so many years. I truly agree that their services have worsened and are the worst now. Their customer care phone number never works and even if the bell goes it is either disconnected or never picked up. Their records are not updated same situation I was charged for one of the services saying that it has expired while checking my records later on I found that my membership was still valid.

            THEY HAVE BECOME THE BIGGEST ROOMING CHEATS IN DELHI & NCR
            I have register with Race car help line from 2006, But today I know that my card No SDF 0548 is not activated, which was renewed on 17/12/2008. I discused there representative Mr. Shive Shanker but he refused to help me. Mr. Shive shanker refuse to give the no of there seniors also to active my card. At last I take the help with Fast track to repaire my tyre on chargeble basis. Kindly gide how I will take action ib consumer court.

            You know I was planning to take thier services for 2 cars at a time, but now I will stay away from RACE car helpline.
            I am also one of the subscriber of RACE car helpline. Story is same as of all other complaints. My car got punctured near India Gate and it was 10:30 in the night and i was standing there for hours and waiting for their so called prompt service and ultimately i have to take my vehcile to CP on its own and i reached CP around 12'o clock after a never ending wait. I called their numbers several times but they were very rude and not at all helpful.

            I dont how can these type of companies survive in this service oriented era??
            AWFUL SERVICE. DISCOURTEOUS, ARROGANT CUSTOMER SUPPORT STAFF. Renewing my service contract with them was a BIG mistake. It seems to me that it is a bunch of nothing more than money collectors. They have taken my money for renewal but the record shows tha the contract has not been renewed.

            I am really disappointed with the service. I kept waiting for the help from the helpline with kids in my car for 2 hours and continuously tried verious numbers they provided. SOmetimes they held up the phone. Sometime they said the cab was coming but didnt appear at all after 2 hours of wait. Finally i had to call my family members from other side of delhi.

            I am fully dissatisfied with the services. This company is totally a fraud and please believe me do not take any membership from them. I subscribed in dec 08 and till now i had not use their services but yesterday when my bike was not started due to rain, i tried to all up on all numbers but some of them was out of service and rest was not picked up.
            I was really got surprised by such fraud they are doing in capital. How can u assure best service although they are not picking any call.

            I am a member of race.My car battery went down and i called up RACE to find a busy tone throughout.phone no-[protected], then i tried [protected].and [protected].and all other mobile nos.to find it constantly ringing. finally i had to call their toll free no[protected] which was the only number functioning. initially, they flatly refused to help telling me that it was for the national breakdown. After showing my annoyance, they finally registered my complaint. after 5 minutes race customer service called me...from totally different numbers, 43525312, 47677005. why is this so, why is the company fooling around with the customers, why is a particular number given which doesn't work at all. it took me one hour to get through them. why doesn't the company live upto its name. what if a lady like me is stranded in a deserted place? anything could have happened by the time they reach. why are they so careless and irresponsible.why are they fooling customers by providing fake numbers? they were not even apologetic.The number of customers must have increased and the company is not able to handle the customers, they lack in management. if they do not mend their way of attending customers, the company would definetly come to a downfall one day for sure.
            I agree with what all have to say. My car got punctured 2 days back, and i called up the helpline number. They said that service will be done in 30 mins. No one came for 30 mins. I again called up the helpline number and asked about my complaint. To my surprise they mentioend that they have not at all recieved any such complaint. Gosh, i have been waiting for a rep to come for half an hour, and that too for just a tyre puncture, and they say taht they havent received any complaint. Then they said they'll send one in 20 mins again. ANd then again the same thing happened. At the end of it, I ahd to replace my tyre puncture on my own.

            I have been subscribing to them for last 2 years, and this was the first time i called them up. So, financially i have paid them INR 750 and even then i had to get my punctured tyre replace myself. What a sorry state of the company.
            i renewed my bike helpline card april 2009 and i have received 7 8 calls, all girls said that your card is about to expire in 5 10 days. This is just the error or you people think that the person you are calling is fool or is this some kind of joke????????????

            I fully agree with other complaints. Such services are made for imergencies only and if at all they are not meeting any minimum level support, they are simply making fools to others and must be panalised for not providing services in time.

            Hi,

            As discussed with your tele executive on dt 28/8/09 please change the vehicle registration no. at your record from UP-14C-8805 (Maruti 800) to UP-16X-6695 (Hyundai I-10) vide customer code no. SDH-9023 and confirm but I have not yet received the any update.
            I also faced a similar problem with RACE. I think cheating regarding their dates is a common practice of RACE. I had bought RACE membership for 1 year. But after 9 months they told me that my membership has expired. Luckily I found the receipt which showed that the membership was still valid. But RACE's response was similar - it is the sales agent's fault and not their's. But they can rectify this mistake if I pay for next year now. Obviously seeing their behaviour I refused. They got angry and started behaving rudely like goons. They informed me that even though I had the receipt my membership is no longer valid and I can do whatever I can with the receipt.

            I believe this is their common practice and they try it out. Typically many people would not remember the exact renewal date or may not keep the receipt.

            Race Car Helpline — Bad Service. Cheater

            I have a valid Race Car helpline No. RDM 4922. On 13th October, my car Maruti AC 800 developed a snag wherein it didnot start and I was stranded with my 3 yr old daughter in front of powerhouse in Najafgarh near BSES office. I called the helpline no [protected] at 1.08 pm , the caller asked me to call[protected] and I immediately called up this no and lodged ny complaint they assured me they would reach me within 30 mins. after 30 mins i called they said the vehicle with the mechanic is on the way and would be reaching us in another 15 mins. At 2.04 (after 1 hr of lodging the complaint) i again called they gave me the number of the mechanic. When I called him he was having lunch at his home in dwarka. he told me that he was informed only 5 mins back and that he will take another 20 mins to reach the spot.

            I had enough and decided to find help by myself and located a mechanic about half a km away who came and repaired the snag.

            The whole incident has left me shaken since I ussually travel alone to pickup and drop my daughter from school and what if the this incident happened at night.

            Request all car owners to first verify the claims of the car helpline companies since they are out to cheat the people.

            I was given RACE car help line membership by M/s. Waris Associates, D - 20, First Floor, Ranjit Nagar Comm. Complex, New Delhi - 8, vide Invoice No. 2669 dated 22/2/8 for Rs. 300/- for the period February 2008 to August 2009. On the receipt issued to me the logo of RACE was printed which gave me the impression of genuinecity The payment was paid by cheque in favour of PRJ Auto Services Pvt. Ltd. (RACE car Helpline), vide cheque No. 241290 dated 22/2/2008 drawn on Canara Bank, Rajouri Garden, to the above party. During this 18 months M/s. Race Car helpline refused to provide service and later they even declined to take responsibility of the person and the frenchisee M/s. Waris Associates who issued the receipt.

            Some legal expert can only find out who is at fault M/s. Race Car Helpline or M/s. Waris Associates

            Moreover RACE car helpline people are rude and lack nice behaviour and communication.
            CHEATING COMPANY FRAUD COMPANY IS ALL I CAN SAY.I HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE WITH THEM...GUYS DO NOT GO FOR THIS COMPANY AT ALL

            I had the most awful experience day before night when I was stranded in the middle of the bitter cold night with my two year old baby and elderfly mother. My car needed to be towed and the guy I spoke to showed so much apathy that I could not imagine. he suggested me to call other towing trucks or a crane and expected me to take down numbers standing in the middle of the night with a broken car. He did not care even after repeatedly requesting him for help. he finally agreed to send the mechanic who never turned up. My driver somehow managed to fix the car by himself. if this is the kind of help they are offering then no one wants it.
            there sevices are not upto the mark and it is most 3rd class helpline i hav ever seen...
            i had a similar problem on this Tuesday night on 9-feb i called up RACE helpline for my car breakdown in Faridabad.. to my anguish ad adding to more frustration the RACE represnetative denied coming to location tellimg me that his CAR itself has broken donw and that he would not be able to come, , , i had to then call up my relatives to help me serve the car in the middle of the night ... this is worst experience with the service
            I have the member of RACE since the company came into existance, but frankly speaking I never faced any problem with them. You all may find I am joking but it is true. I am still the active member. If fact when I did not use the services of this company they gave me 3 months bonus too. But I too face sometimes problem not because of their service but because of some bogus people who called us on many occassions saying our one year contact is over and we need to renew and their agent would come and collect cash etc. But we were very elert and found someone playing mischief as we had the reciepts. We quitely called RACE helpline and found they were fraud. So we need to be elert ourselves and not complain others. I hope this might help those who have falen pray to such wrong people.

            How can a Government or Consumer Forum ignore this kind of frauds happening in City and at large scale?

            Why and How they are surviving inspite of large complaints coming daily and unsatisfied consumers is bearing, though consumer purchased the service in Hope and relied and later on they come to know of fraud and are stuck in middle of road waiting with family for Hours in night and even if they confirm, no one turns up for hours (even after regular chase up on calls).

            I have tested them many a times and always got dissatisfaction in terms of Time/ Reliability/Money and many more that I can't even explain - Fraud in membership (that I resolved by regular chase and through Corporate pressure on RACE management),

            NO PHONE is working and EVEN their changed No. 40007000 is either not picked up or sometimes they disconnect.

            I stuck once in Mathura road with my Family and searched them with lot of calling ( Calls costed me Rs 50 ) to get them and once they confirmed, I took directly the no of Car driver and tried calling him after 15 mins, he assured me to come within 15 minutes but no one turned up and i called several times this way and got several excuses for approx 2 hours. I took help of my relatives and come to my house and I got call from RACE once i reached home to come there, but I denied to take service (B'coz it was impossible to me to get back there).

            All other mentioned points in other complaints are valid...so I don't want to repeat them.

            I suffered many a times.

            PLEASE STOP STOP !!! CHEATERS TO HELP OUR SOCIETY.

            I agree with the comments above and after many Odd things and frustation happening to me, I am eager to complain for this in Bigger forum and also want to know how can we avoid them to make life miserable of many of the consumers like me.

            I am very Patient and Disciplined guy who tolerated and at the end, after every compromises, I want to get this company GO AWAY from Delhi.

            I have the member ship of RACE, yesterday the clucth wire of my car has been broken and i logged the case into RACE, one person has came he checked and found that the wire has cut and he told me that he cannot repair this now, you have go to the service center.. i am new to that place i does not know any thing about the service center.. then he told me that he know one person who can visit here and repair my car, and he will charge 900 bugs for the same. The cost was too high, i requested to reduce some amount, but he disagree and he went off, then i findout one sevice center and they chage only RS300 to change the wire.

            My feedback is not good for RACE...can never satisfied there custome like this...
            I subscribed the race membership on 1/8/2009. they gave me a sticker on which 4 helpline numbers were written. during this one year I tried to call RACE service for 3-4 times. but noboby picked up the phone even once. yesterday when my car got puncured I again tried to call at their helpline but nobody reponded as usual. finally I called Mr. Puran, someone from RACE.and to my surprise I got to know that the helpline numbers given to me are changed eight months back and nobody informed me. That means I have paid Rs. 400 only for 4 months.

            All the serveices to be provided by RACE depend upon telephone number only. If you are not informing your customer about change in number that means you are trying to cheat them. You have our mobile number at which you make call for membership renewal in advanceb but you can't update your coustomer with changed number simply by a sms.

            So FUNNY!!!
            I also agree. I was struck for 3-4 hours in night during rain but they have not picked the phone neither their Manager (Opr) responded. I strongly suggest all o[censored] please don't take their service, they are just cheater. After your advance payment they will never come when u need them urgently.

            If anyone has any query please call me. I would also complaint against them in consumer court.

            I purchased their service back in august and geuss what heppens. A sales representative came to visit my place and took the money. They charged me 499 instead of 399 saying that along with my services I would also get an accidental insurance of 1 lakh. The sales rep acted as though he was not aware of it and promised that he would make sure that someone from the corporate office will courier it to me. he also made me talk to some thief called jyoti madam. She promised me that the form would be sent to me the very next day. However it has been 3 months now and I am still waiting for it. I called them. Amazingly a car helpline number is supposed to be picked up ASAP. They never pick up your calls!!!. After so many days i reached them. Asked if i could speak to JYOTI. The giirl came on to the phone to say : HOW DID YOU GET MY NAME???? WE NEVER PROVIDE NAMES ON THE CALL. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!!! just point blank told me that she would not be able to send me the papers any more. When asked why??? she goes like I CANNOT TELL YOU WHY. she said she would have to speak to her boss.. I asked her bosses name and number. she denied very rudely. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICES. IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR IT IS THE WORST MISTAKE YUO CAN MAKE. eVEN IF YOU ARE STUCK, THEY WOULD NOT PICKUP THE CALL WHICH MAKES NO SENSE... THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!!

            THEY ARE NOT FOR SERVICE, BUT TO MAKE PEOPLE FOOL ONCE I GOT STUCKED IN MIDDLE OF THE ROAD N WEN I CALL RACE THEY SAID THEY CANT DO ANYTHING TO SOLVE MY PROB. AS WELL AS CANT TOW MY CAR.             The service gone pathetic, i would advice people to avoid taking their services. Since morning (i.e. 7th June 2011) i am trying to call on all their numbers but i gave up, tried almost for 1 hour.

            This is the incident on 19th december 2011 at 10.20 pm. My Royal Enfield got stuck mid way to office and I called RACE Helpline to tow my vehicle to a mechanic or some secure parking place.

            They clearly said NO and denied to give service. I asked many times that what is the use of this membership if you can't come to help me in this freezing night. They said they can not give service tonight and told me to wait with 8.30 AM in morning.

            I missed my office, called a private tow van and i bear RS 15000 total loss that night because of no help from Race.

            I have call recordings as a proof as well. Please let me know if you need those.


            I am cheated by this PRJ Auto Services Pvt. Ltd. (RACE) and would like the concerned authorities to take a note of it.

            RACE is a committee of FRAUD fellows.
            They are very keen to make money only.
            They changed their ph no and did not tell me about that.
            When I called them in emergency, ph no was not available.

            They changed their no without any intimation, ans was saying that, they are not responsible at all.

            I Totally agree with complaints lodged by different people against RACE CAR HELP LINE SERVICE, The company is a total fraud company, Its officer specially Gaurav Choudhary is a totally fraud man with no ethics or sales person like attitude, he was contacted on Phone No and after knowing that a complaint is being made he disconnected the phone and after that I had dialled 15 times but he did not pick up, HE IS A B******, who does not feel how a client feels whne he is strucked on road in middle of nightwith ladies passenger.
            This instance wherein I had approached the Company SECOND TIME in my Four Years of subscription and that too for THREE CARS.

            car help line — Non-operation

            I got membership of RACE Car helpline during JUly 2011 and had not availed of its services. Surprising, we are given to understand that they are closed. Well, I feel they have cheated public . They are not available on telephone also. If they are existing in any part of the world, they must make it a point to refund the amount and stop cheating public.

            What is the use of taking membership, if the serve organisation does not wish to provide service, inspite of receiving yearly premium in advance. Courtesy demands that they should have informed registered members.
