The internet gets disconnected frequently on a daily basis. NOT an ideal internet service provider for work-from-home. It's embarassing during online meetings to get disconnected so frequently.

    I have contacted railtel broadband workers seeking new broadband connection but they are not providing me connection at all. Everytime I call them regarding this matter, they make excuses and turn off my request. my neighbor is already using railtel broadband so the connection is possible in my house but then also they are not providing me a new connection by making unnecessary excuses like sometime rain or workers are not coming etc. So my request is that kindly contact railtel broadband providers to provide connection in my house as soon as possible.

      I've recharged amounting rs:1000, the claiming speed 100 mbps,

      but max speed i can see is 70mbps, sometimes it is fluctuating its almost killing my work, if you are claiming something and giving something else, how a customer will cope up with your service, the local service provider is expecting 5 star rating the day i get my connection, how this is going to work, pathetic service in a small town, didn't expect it from railtel.

        Hi Sir/Mam,
        I am writing this email to inform you about the bad service in Gujarat (Uttarsanda[protected]. Your Collection Agent from Cema Network System (Rupesh Mackwan:- +91 [protected]) asked us to pay 6000 rupees instead of 4130 rupees. When we checked the invoice and it was of 4130 rupees then we denied and paid him the invoice amount. He threatened us that he will remove our connection if the amount is not paid (2000 extra). After showing him the invoice he accepted the invoice amount. Now we do not have a connection for the last 10 days and now he is changing his statement every day and delaying fixing the connection. I request you take action and resume our connection as soon as possible.

          I took a connection of railwire broadband for which i was charged rs. 4000 for ftth server plus rs. 2000 for wire plus rs. 1500 for monthly plan in dhanbad, jharkhand. Neither did he gave me any bills even after asking for it, only the invoice for 1st recharge and no invoice or written document for installation charge of rs. 6000. Local lco distributor is vijay singh ([protected])

          We took one year broadband connection service from railnet, charges has been paid in advance for whole year.
          Now, railnet connection is not working from last two month, trying to call each number given but no response, no one interested to resolve the issue.
          No customer care number provided by the company, no website is working, agent who sold the connection is not lifting the call.

          Very bad service, company is fraud. I am frustrated with railnet service, i want to disconnect the connection, but no one is lifting the call for the same also.

            For the past five days, Railwire broadband services are not working in our campus. The area manager and his entire team are either keeping their mobile phones switched off or are not responding to our calls. Most o[censored]s use the connection to work from home in our campus and are suffering enormously without the connection. Importantly, nobody is bothering to give us a status update either.

            The problem began from September 11th 2016 (Saturday) and persists to this day and time.

            Will someone please help us get our connections back and also take to task the erring team responsible for this uncouth behaviour with customers?

              Railtel fraud internet unstable... Daily repair cannot use properly
              First 3 months, u are the king
              After that, high packetloss of data, u cant download big files.. It gets cortupt. Maybe their trick to stop downloading... Always disconnects... Bad customer care after 3 months... Dont think of online games or video chatting... I[censored] are lucky, its ok... But the line connections they are are so unstable. Every day repair.. Dont take this guyz... Bsnl far better.. Trust me

                I have applied for Railtel Broadband, as per the details given by its sales executive. they promised me to give connection in 2 days. But it is almost 3 weeks still i am yet to get the connection. thinking that i am getting this connection i have disconnected my existing Internet connection, but now i am left with no connection because of Railtel. Whenever I call the customer support, somebody tells there are some permissions which needs to be taken from Govt., and some executives say that there is no signal in your area.

                but as per their sales executive, my area(kukatpally) is well within their coverage limits. because there are some areas where connections have been given which are even far from my area. They are just cheating the customers saying there is no signal in your area. I have consulted another guy who also deals with railtel connections, he simply said that there is signal in you area, they just need a min. of 3 connections in your colony, then only they can give connection.

                This is cheating, if they are not giving single connections, they can just say it. whatever told by that sales guy are false. i have to go to my existing provider(BSNL) for activation of my existing connection.

                My sincere advice, don't take Railtel internet connection.

                RailTel — subscription charges

                my no. is [protected]. i recieve a message everytime from 64611020 charging subscription of Rs 20 for text based service of airtel WAP. Please advise what for it is & how to deactivate it.
                I wish to get activated Black berry features on my Nokia E-63 cell, pls advise how can it be done.
                its not true that railtel is giving internet connection for houses see they are bulk producers of links with minimum 2mb which is cost around 18k per month i[censored] r able to pay 18k per month then they will act in immediate effect
                railtel is having very good name around telecom vendours on their workability
                please dont spoil name of public sector firm
                I know you are employee or bloody customer of BSNL. Railtel people never give to single connection. There are service providers to Government and corporates. At first you have to ask or check how is their connectivity. Dont be childish
