Railway Parcel Booking Complaints & Reviews

My ticket is in ac 3 in howrah-gaya exp & my pnr no. Is [protected] and wants to travel till bhagalpur with my 2-3month old puppy (Dog) of lebra breed but the booking cleark of gaya jn. Has refused to allot me ticket for my pet and demanded rupees 400/- for it, then i complained to station master of gaya jn. He advised me to don't wory keep the puppy in basket and you can travel. Can i keep my pet with my self in coach.

Resepected sir Myself santosh prasad would like to say that i have booked old motorbike (Hero splender plus) in indian railway parcel to gaya jn from new delhi by purshotam express 12802 and i have to also travel in same train on dated 11-09-15, but when i deboard the train on gaya jn and enquiry about our motor bike then we found it didnot load on the train. Next day when we reached to gaya jn[protected] to enquiry about bike then parcel personnel checked out our consignment and he told me that your motor boke have not been loaded from new delhi so far. Besides this when i told to parcel personnel to file the complain they denied to write complain and they also threaten me that if you do like that you will be unable to found your bike. Now i am personally tracking our bike on indian railways parcel websites then i found it have not been loaded so far. So you are requested please guide me, what should i do in this circumstance besides this i have to go abroad on 22 sept 2015 due to which i will be unavailable when it delayed more than the expectation. I had booked motorcycle from Bhiwani (BNW) to Gwalior (GWL) on 7th April 2015. The receipt No is A0102040 and Ticket No 85880561. Till date I have not received my motorcycle at Gwalior Railway Station. On line status is loaded in Train No 12804 on 12 April 2015 at 06:11 hrs. Pse help me in this regard. MY FATHER HAS BOOKED THE BYKE BY TRAIN FROM AHMEDABAD ON 06.08.2013 AND COURIERED THE RR BY SPPEDPOST WHICH WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 12.08.2013 AND WHEN I WENT FOR DELIVERY OF BYKE ON 14TH AUGUST MORNING RAILWAY DEPT HAS CHARGED ME RS. 1000 AS DEMURRAGE FOR BYKE. NOW TELL ME ALL GOVT DEPT HAS INVOLVED THAT IS SPPED POST & RAILWAY AND WE HAVE TO BARE THE DEMURRAGE. NOBODY IS LISTENING ANY PROBLEM OF CONSUMERS. EVEN OFFICERS OF RAILWAY IS NOT READY TO LISTEN THE REASON. THEY TOLD ME CLEARLY THAT IF YOU WANT THE MOTOR CYCLE YOU HAVE TO PAY THE DEMMURAGE FIRST. IHAVE SHOWN THE COVER OF SPEED POST AND DATE OF DELIVERY ON THAT EVEN THEY ARE NOT READY TO LISTEN.

on 26th of November 2012 i've booked a parcel of 500 wedding cards from Jodhpur to Allahabad in jodhpur howrah superfast train (12308). but till date that is on 19th December 2012 i've not yet received my parcel.
the parcel way bill no. is J 472078 and was on the name of Ankur Singh
please do what ever is possible to help me find the parcel as the marriage is due on 17th January 2013
