PNR - [protected] & PNR - [protected]. This TDR Case pending near 6 month & 3 month also.
Also call & email to kolkata railways office 15-20 time(i.e[protected] but not satisfied answer. (Always tell refund process & 100% refund).
Kindly look in to the matter.

Hello, This is in reference to PNR No: [protected] (JHS to NZM) on which TDR was filed. My wife was travelling along with my two kids however she forgot to carry ID proof as a result she was considered travelling without ticket and was charged excess fare along with penalty. She was advised to file TDR against this PNR [protected] after filing the TDR, IRCTC replied me back on 1 May 2014 stating that
