Hi, I am facing too much internet issue from last two days, Especially VPN connected issue and, in this Network, too much Latency issue and most off time connection drop issue, very worst network and service customer did not satisfy every time facing issue and raised a ticket not resolved as soon as and also local network provider tell me not issue of from my side this issue is main office, Please improve your Network and support .Please...

    We installed broadband on 28th August, 2020. First 10 days it worked well, after that started noticing low speed in internet. To resolve this we called the dealer, he came and said the issue is only with my house and told us to call customer care. Then we started calling customer care. On october 28th we recharged for our 2nd month too and the recharge was successful. But from then the connection was completely cut. On asking the existing dealer for our area, he told that the connection wire has been intentionally cut by the dealer. This is such a worst act we have ever noticed with a broadband service dealer. And we request you to take severe action against them. We dont know even the reason for this.

    Field engineer knows this but he didnt tell us about this. We dont know whom to contact and we are struggling. Since we are working from home its very difficult to manage without an internet connection. Customer care people are delaying the process and its affecting job. Please take severe action against them.

      I took a connection of Railwire broadband for which i was charged Rs. 4000 for FTTH server plus Rs. 2000 for wire plus Rs. 1500 for monthly plan in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. Local LCO Distributor is Vijay Singh ([protected])
      I have been charged amount which does not resemble the pricing for my state. I'm attaching both the charges. As per website tariff, Rs. 799 shall give me Unlimited 50Mbps data plan. but I'm being charged Rs. 833 for 2Mbps unlimited speed. Currently because i was bound to take a plan as i had live classes i took a limited FUP Plan of Rs. 1491.53 which gave me 10Mbps 500GB data. Please look into the matter and help me out.
