Dear sir, i am travelling through your travels i had booked ticket by paytm... I am travelling from wardha to nagpur... Travels not in proper time it's in time in wardha is 10 pm but it arrives on 11:15 pm after that the stop of aurangabad is more than an hour and the driver gets extra passenger from aurangabad for the shirdi stop. i have booked one ticket on 29 feb 2016. for the journy bhilwar to haridwar journey date was 30.1.16. i have paid through the amount my PAYTM WALLET. AMOUNT WAS- 707. due to some net problem my seat was not booked and my payment was deducted. i have called this agency for refunding my money the deny for return. when ticket was not booked .why they are not refunding my amount. please help me...
