Rangers club is a fake company and they have cheated me, i wanna cancel my membership but they are not canceling it even i am ready to pay applicable charges. If anyone interested in legal action against them please contact me @ giri.[protected]@gmail.com.

I have hired the Holiday Package of 10 years membership with Rangers Club Pvt Ltd based in Noida. In 2021 September, they committed they said they will offer Luxury hotels 4star/5star property in every holiday. Their Sales Manager Mr. Imran and Ms. Savita were so confident that they go extra mile to give the best of the best accommodations and they have ties hum in more than 100 Cities in India and 70 countries. They also said that I can go on vacation with Families and can avail 21 days together. But whenever I ask them for a room it become headache to struggle to get even a single room. They said that I can get the confirmed booking if I book 2 months prior but even if I book 6 months or 9 months before, they never have a room available and they will ask me to give other dates after 2 months. They push to delay my holidays so much that I drop to go on my holidays. Their own resort Safari Park, Jim corbett is the only property which they offer every time to go for a holiday. They took 1, 30, 000 Rs from me for 10 Years membership for 69Days and 70 Nights. When I ask them to refund my amount they say we can not.
Now they have taken my money and not ready to provide service or refund. When I was taking services they saidf that thier rooms are cancellable also but their Booking coordinator Ms. Sakshi every time put email that bookings which you are looking are non-cancellable and pay the AMC for 8500Rs. They also, never have property through their exchange network RCI.

I need my complete refund of the total membership paid + I also need the medical expenses of the stress which they have given to me and my family.
