It has been 20 days completed from I return the product still refund is not initiated while I am calling to customer support there is no response too wrost

Hie my name is vijay tharun i order a shirt from rare rabbit at 12 th jan 2022now the date is 9th march 2022. 9times i was send a mail and called still there is no refund this is my order is RCOM429981.56 days are completed still no refund.worst experience i was faced from rare rabbit

I have ordered ( No.- #RCOM224446) two (02) pieces of T - shirt on COD and paid RS 3398 /- on the delivery Dated-17/06/21. But due to unfit size -small (S), I have returned on 18/06/21 both two(02) pieces of T-shirt due to unfit size ( TENNA POLO BLUE AND TENNA POLO PURPLE) . But exchanged only one T -shirt (TENNA POLO PURPLE) exchange order No.- #RCOM235200 & #EXC19105, Size -XXL

And another my T SHIRT ( TENNA POLO BLUE) have not returned yet after initiating #EXC19084 .

If there is non availability in blue color.
Please provide/deliver TENNA POLO GREEN or TENNA-POLO-BLACK of size XXL

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter and immediate action in my case .

I am very sad with this.

Please short out my problem so as order to maintain trust in the company

I am very sad with the Rare rabbit company.
I contact many times through email and complaint resolver (Case file ref. - RES7256046, RES7257899, RES7252678) but my issue is still pending.
Please do any thing.

My item was picked up on 23rd of June, till now I have not recieved my refund . Upon asking the company customer support they have no response and the customer support executives are very rude and don’t even try to help you in any manner.

Order no #RCOM19977 which was ordered on 10 th May still not delivered.
Your courier partner sent a message that parcel is out for delivery and sent an OTP to share with the delivery agent.But till date no one came to deliver that.Instead it is updated on their website that the product is delivered.How can they with out OTP???
This is brought to your notice through mail and over phone several times but no response from you and as well as from your courier partner.It is just like raining on an OX.Because it is not your money know.

Hi i am shubham kuldharia
i purchase a shirt from rarerabbit and due to size problem i want to return it. i placed a return request for my order no RCOM50216 and now its been
more than a month no courier person came to me and they have cancel my
return request.
i called many times to rare rabbit about this but they are not willing to help
they are just execusing .
please help if possible.
