My old ration card no. 0469159. I am a resident of P 268 CIT Scheme VI M, Kankurgachi, Kolkata - 54 . Ration shop has issued a slip towards Ward 31 III U (NFSA/RKSY) on 128/2/16. But till dated we have not received any kind of new Card (Digital).
It is requested kindly provide new ration card towards my family (Card. 0469160 towards Mousumi Gupta; Card 0469161 in the name of Mayank gupta & 0469162 in respect of Shubhanwit Gupta).
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

I am from avadi (saraswathy nagar) i went to buy ulundu dhal for my card they issue only for few cards and told that they recived only 100 kgs that all already issued and dont have any more dhal to issue, but in front of me they gave for there well known persons, they are giving very ill reply for this, pls take necessary action..

I am very much trouble as these two ration dealer not giving me my ration card as I gave him many times a form with my ID many times but every time they said that it is lost some where and send me one another dealer . They both also not behaving properly . so please take the strict action against them.

Last 4-months the Shopkeeper don, t provide Ration to the needy ration card holder.
There is no information about opening and closing of shop.
Some one tried to meet him and asked about then reply is "Ration not comes upper level. you can complaint it...
If you complaint about me then your ration card will be cancelled".

Openly he sell every ration items in black market & don't provide anything to the poor people.

You are requested to immediately cancel the registration of this dukandar & allot a new shop to distribute the same.

Further you are requested to don't disclose my name and complaint. Otherwise i will be punished with my family with my life.

Whenever we ask any clarification are question he would behave like Impatiently. all peoples struggled lot due to his miscommunication and behaviour he does not give basic respect to anyone .
The person harassment everyone including aged people 's and senior citizens. every month we worried to collect Ration.

I request you to take the necessary action against him and rectify this problem as soon as possible.

i think dealer black my 3unit's 15kg राशन to another person at high rate because dealer gives alot of राशन to his friends and relative without card

They are not measuring the rice properly for pongal presents given by tamilnadu govt.
If we asked anything about measurements, they are giving proper response.
They are ill treating people. Hope for a prompt action..

This complaint against shop no ge032, manali-1. Alternate months only we got ulutham paruppu, by last 2 months we didn't get it. Last thursday only distibuted. Today 21/11/2016 we went there they told uluthamparuppu not available, why the government run this shops and waste the money for their salary. Middle class people depend only the ration shops because of that small needs fulfill by these shops
Non of the officer not visited and verify the stocks
Please do the necessary action against the above issue

The staff in the ration shop no KD005 in coimbatore is behaving unruly and takes the card of the last person at 11 a.m itself. She doesn't provide things in the afternoon for card holders but give items in black, and says the card holders there is no stock or the stock has not come. There are much card holders including me who ve nit got things more than 2 months

I went ration shop ullagaram yesterday, they told me to come today, but today when i went they told no sugar, but available stock written as 1300kg.
When i asked they told bill person is not available. Please look in to the matter seriously take necessary action to make sugar available.

this is to inform you that the shop in huppuguda a ration dealer with shop no 261 and the name of the dealer is Mamidi Venkat Kumar is not giving us( the general public) all the supplies to the full extent. if he give one item, he will tell that the other item has not been supplied by the govt. i have seen that he is giving back door amount to the ration inspector. if at anytime public raise their mouth, he will calm down them using his popularity in that area. till now he did not give all the items to not even one of the general public. one thing i observed, he will sell the stock to the kiran named person(kirana shop dealer)near railway track of huppuguda. he will keep some of the stock in his own house and his neighbours house. finally to tell he is a no.1 realistic fraud dealer. but till now no one has taken complaint against him and if any complaint goes to the ration inspector, before itself he will inform to the shop dealer. infact no one are making the true judgement.so please make it a public issue so that every one will get the supplies as many people in the hanuman nagar o[censored]ppuguda will get their food based on this supply. please do favor for the people of hanuman nagar, huppuguda

I am residing at t. M. Maistry strret, vannathurai, chennai-41 & i would like to bring the following complaints to your kind notice / immediate necessary steps to improve the situation at ration shop no: ic023, shastrinagar-4, chennai 20.

1) our ration shopkeeper is not communicating properly, due to which we are made to visit the shop frequently causing lot of inconvenience to me & persons staying in our locality. Please note we need to travel a long distance from our residence to reach the allotted ration shop.

2) all food grains / ration items are not made available even in the first week of month; explanation given is that stock has not come.

3) if we go in the second week of a month, he says that the particular item (Ex:wheat, rice or dhal) is not available, you have to come and collect in the first week itself otherwise you won't get.


4) actually we are unable to understand why this is the situation for the past few months with our ration shop particularly.

5) do we have any alternate solution to get our ration quota from a nearby shop?

I request the concerned authority to take this matter seriously and see that a honest solution is provided to me / all residents staying in our locality.

My ration shop owner opens shop only for three hours a day from 5p. M. To 7p. M. And only for the 1st 10 days of the month remaining days its being closed. Once i get late and he said that the stock has been finished, so i didn't said anything but again this time i reached to his shop at 7:15p. M. On 8th of june, he was closing his shop so when i asked him, he said come tomorrow, but just because of my office time i got late and i went there on 12th june and again he said that "the stock has been finished i told you to come before 10th of the month" so than i asked him how it can be finished then he said because "while the process of receiving the goods some goods gets destroyed that's why all the time few peoples left"... And other thing is that while weighting the goods he ask for a beg which contains weight at least 150 gram. So it means he makes a secret profit of 150 gram with a single person and there are so many peoples which means if he distribute ration to everyone even then some ration will be left in his hands.. But all the time he says that stock has been finished. It is possible if he is selling the goods privately.
Its a humble request from you that please ask him how it can possible.

as we came to know that the rashion card dealer is bearing the same ration card as of our and linked the adhar card to thier rashion card as a result we are facing trouble

we thought it would be better idea to bring to your notice to take necessary action aganist as he is doing the same for many others too.

Early action in this regard will be appraciable failing which i have no other option to knock the door of Higher authorities for justice.

HARASSMENT - RATION SHOP(089)-Shop No.10 On 2nd January 2016, (Saturday) I went to our ration shop at Adambakkam (089), shop no. 10 for the purchase of our monthly requirements. I took my family ration card and also my parent's family ration card. My father is 89 years old and he cant walk, therefore i used to buy for his requirements also, when i buy for myself. The person, who is in--charge of that ration shop, refused to give the provisions for my parent's card stating that i cant buy for 2 ration card at a time and i have to come after few days to purchase for my parent's ration. There was no one after me in that ration shop at that time. Hence i requested there is no crowd, why do i have to come another day instead he can give it today itself, but still he refused and insisted that i have to come another day. I find it ridiculous that i cant buy on the same day but i can buy after few days even when there is no one at the shop at that time. it is merely a harassment for the people. Hope the concerned authorities give proper instructions to the ration shop in-charge forthwith. When we talk somuch about helping Super Senior citizen, we cant help them getting their rations. Now in my area they are giving the mixer, grinder and fan which annoceed by the Tamil Nadu government. when I asked for it they replied that I can't get here ask in Theni but in theni they have given it before 2 yrs ago. what shall do for it.

Gud evening im manibalan living in kundrathur, vembuliamman koil st, that circle ration shop staff misbehave to all the people.one lady staff behave like that..she s doesnot know how to behave people, they behave like a animals, no respect, she throw my ration card in front of me im asked why u throw my card she told im not throw outside... This is the way of answer im never thought this kind of people how you recruit..first of all give training to him how to behave people. , This is a complaint against a Fair Price Shop bearing no. 159 in hyderabad, in fact, the owner with whose name the shop is registered is not maintaining the shop since 8yrs, it came to know that the owner has soled the shop to other people for some amount and since 8 yrs the shop is being maintained by some unknown people other than the owner, however, the name on the board attached to the shop is of owner's name with shop no. 159, the people who are maintaining the shop are not related to owner in any way, they are some outsiders, more over they are very rude and Gundas, the never give correct info to consumers, they never given correct quantity of rice/kerosene against the amount they collect, for eg. they give only 8 ltrs of kerosene and collect 10 ltrs amount from the consumers, same thing with rice or other commodities, when any questions them about the fraud they are doing, they simply beat up person by threatening the card would be cancelled as all the local officers like ARO/Inspectors are under them, they sell all the kerosene and rice in black for more money, no action when it was complained to inspectors of shop... My humble request to the concerned authority to take immediate action and see that the shop is maintained by the person on whose name shop was registered.

Dear Sir this is to bring to your notice that the ration shop at pallikaranai is dealing in selling the ration products such as sugar and kerosene in black. The worker is arrogant and shows his temper towards the customers (Especially the aged and illiterate) when they ask for products to be distributed. Moreover i personally have seen loads of rice bags and kerosene being carried to nearby shops by the shop owners at a hefty price. The worker (Gopal) also has alcohol and comes to work during working hours. Request you to intervene and place a tougher action on the regard. Thanks DON RAJIV

Dear sir / madam, Iam residing in Vellalur, Coimbatore dist., my ration shop number is 72. The employee of ration shop is not giving ration to those who got rations of oil and grains previous month.she says that there is only limited quantity and those who got ration previous month, will not get it this month.But she sells them in black to other people in exaggerated price.And she says that Government is sending only provisions for 300 ration card holders out of 1200 ration card holders available in shop. And she says that some how handling the received items and distriuting to the public. But when some one ask for excess of provision she gives the provision in high cost.Then how it is possible to issue the same when is under demand? According to the cost of living now we are suffering too with out the provision not given in the ration shop.Not only this month this a process on every month for the card holders in the shop. It would be really helpful, if you could resolve this issue and ensure that everyone gets their ration without any trouble. Regards, Mohan.

I am based out in palavakkam, chennai-41. My father working as a Sub Inspector, we are staying out of police housing board, since we changed the address the goods are transferred to palavakam ration shop(panchayat office behind). for the past six months i am going for getting the goods from them. not even one month the guy named Kumar does not give proper goods in perfect weight, he is putting the rice down in the floor, carelessly not putting proper weight, insulting the persons.

IN LABOUR COLONY RATION SHOP PERSON IS VERY WORST. HE IS VERY RUDE WITH PEOPLE. HE IS NOT OPENING SHOP CORRECT TIME. THIS AREA PEOPLES ARE VERY SUFFERED . HE IS ALWAYS SAID RICE NO STOCK. BUT AFTERTHAT SOME PERSON WILL COME AND TAKE RICE BAGS . HOPE HE IS SELLING RICE OUTSIDE. KINDLY CONSIDER THIS COMPLAINT AND PLEASE TAKE ACTION.WE ARE WAITING FR YOUR ACTION.

We belong to Nakkasalem village, Perambalur district, Tamilnadu state. The ration shop's officer is treating the card owners very badly .They use abusive language and say use unparlimentary language to aged people also. This is total harassment. We are not getting a good response from the ration shop. He is not keeping time punctuality i.e he is coming late but going quickly.
