Alert!HDFC Bank Mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued to Razorpay software pvt ltd with value Rs. 50020.00 and frequency ADHO is received today for processing.

Why I have received fake emandate request which I have not supposed to received. Please check and take necessary action otherwise I will lodge a police complaint.

On 7th July 22 at about 10 AM I purchased a book on line from College Street.net paying the amount through Razorpay

The same evening at about 5 PM, College Street.net initiated refund of the money paid through Razorpay as they were not in a position to service the order

Razorpay confirmed that the refund had been initiated and shared refund I'd also

However, the money has not come back in my account...

We have been using razorpay international payment gateway for our international payments. Razorpay had promised us to issue a bank letter to all inward international transactions as it is required by our bank and is mandatory as per fema guidelines and rbi. Dear sir/ ma'am,
We order sarees against order no. Fz10851on dt.12/8/2020, from fabzara.in and payment done by razorpay.com via internet banking to razorpay software pvt ltd. Since today we are not receiving any product details and payment is already credited from bank account.
