Hi,
Rbs bank converted my zero balance salary account to saving account in dec 2011 without any intimation to me. My company opened my salary account in 2006 this account were with abn amro later rbs taken over. These accounts were my salary (A/c no. 1173611) & reimbursement accounts (A/c no. 1201292) and both were interlinked. Minimum balance needs to be maintained in account was rs 10, 000/- for one saving account.

Please read the below trial mail and guide me about this mail. Actually i have already deposit Rs. 1, 90, 000 for International fund transfer . but now they are demanding Rs. 2, 19, 800 for IMF CODE (International Money Fund code) for complete my transfer money. My transaction will be stop on 85 % for IMF CODE. But no any amount transfer in my account yet. is it TRUE OR FALSE/FAKE...????
is it FRAUD with me ??????

i was holding a credit card of rbs bank. the bank cancelled my card without any prior intimation/information . i also had 2290 cash back points in my account which was equivalent to 2290 rupees. the bank sent me a cheque of 859.50 rupees as final settlement. when asked they said that since the card has been cancelled i will not get full benefit of cash back points. what logic!!!!!! they cancelled the card and they forfeited my reward points...

Dear Sir,
I have a salary account with RBS Bank vide account number is 1652944. RBS deducted Rs. 551.5 service charge for august 2011 on 3rd Sep,2011 from my salary account. After the several complain they have not credit my account till now.
Complain number/reference number : R[protected].

Pls sir have a look in the above complain.

HI,
I am holding abn amro credit card(Now rbs) and i called up customer care for full & final settelement.They said to settle for 20k.and also gave me the ref no to my e mail.
Almost 2 weeks over no body called from bank authorised person to collect it.
i am told them pl come and collect the amt in time other wise i will be left with no amt.
but still no body is responding and collecting the amt.

I am holding a Titanium credit card with RBS bank with card no-[protected]
I am making regular payments and well within time.
Offlate my credit limit under the recent meltdown has been reduced to Rs 2100 from Rs 200000.
Further on 2 Oct 2010 I have been charged Rs 2000+ Tax a membership fees on my Card which is by name only a titanium Card.
The card does not have any specific facility...
