Defective tv
I purchased tv from Flipkart. Thebtv has issue with colour and Chromecast. I raised complain to realme. But after 5 days no responce received.
I called Flipkart. They denied refund and ask to contact realme.
I tried to contact realme customer care many time but in vein.

Display is damaged within 6 months of purchase
I have purchased Realme 43" TV in Jan 2021 and the TV is under warranty now. Attached the Invoice of Purchase
The problem I am facing is - I can see all the blurred lines on my TV when it is ON. Attached the picture for reference.
Raised a complaint ticket with Realme - IN-SA[protected]. Even after 1 month of raising the complaint, there's no resolution provided and CC guys are telling me it might take 1 more month as there is no stock availability of spare parts.
The problem I am facing is - I can see all the blurred lines on my TV when it is ON. Attached the picture for reference.
Raised a complaint ticket with Realme - IN-SA[protected]. Even after 1 month of raising the complaint, there's no resolution provided and CC guys are telling me it might take 1 more month as there is no stock availability of spare parts.

I have purchased realme 43" Tv back in 8 nov 2020, recently tv got display issue so i made a service request on 1 july 2021, a technician came the same day and done his work and left after that there is no info about repair, and surprisingly customer care telling me the status of the job is showing completed, it's about to get 1 month and I don't think they are upto anything.

I buy realme TV from flikart dated[protected] they are offering two year warranty), from last one month this TV showing complete white on screen cant see picture, I already register complaints realme TV portal they send one technician after four days and he come and check my TV and told me TV panel is problem and take more time to solve this problem, up to now not solve this problem and nobody taking correct attention regarding my problem.( flipkart Invoice number FACR[protected] date[protected]

Realme 108cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV
Hi Team,
I bought a Realme 108cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV along with "Complete TV Protection (3 years)" from Flipkart with Order Date: 17th-Oct'20 and Order ID: OD[protected].
First Replacement : Dated 02nd-Nov'20
With in 1 month, I had to report for the faulty TV due to poor sound quality and then Requested to exchange of Newly bought Television in the expectation that New piece would be better. I was wrong.
Second Replacement : Dated 17th-Feb'21
Again, I had to go for Complaint of RealMe TV, and this time was "screen issue". Black spots/patches (Cloudy type) were visible on all over the screen.
Engineer came and replaced my TV twice in 4 Months. I requested for Full Refund that time as well but Executive decline.
Since mid of May'21, I shocked again when I saw its poor qualities of screen on 3rd RealMe Android television, Black spots/patches (Cloudy type) were visible again on all over the screen. What should I do now?
It’s a horrible experience for me & my family. Realme is a prestigious company worldwide and famous for qualities service but these types of mistakes and behaviours will be damaged the image of Realme Company.
I have gone for exchange your product twice, hence tested your 3 Televisions in a span of 6 months, so Replacement is not the solution, I need Full Refund.
I am exceedingly displeased with both the quality of the product I purchased from your company as well as the poor service I have received since.

I am complain so much time about my realme tv. but they are not responding. my tv is in the warranty. i have no option. its less then 4 month and my tv is dead, sir pls help me. they always postpone the time of repair my tv.

Withreference to my early emails, you have made a lot of promises to me that you are constantlyworking on my request but the result is still a big 0. Don’t you have any shame?? Guys. You how disgusting, first you all are makingdefective products in our country and when as a customer I purchased yourproduct you guys harassed me again and again & giving fake promises. Ialready described you about my problems in last to last email, as an action, you just sent another damaged display panel whose screen resolution is 1280 X 920, which is utter nonsense. Actual resolution of my RealmeTV is 1920 1080. This is not the customer service i expectedfrom realme.
Please, take the appropriate action as soon aspossible otherwise I’ll take a strong action against you and the seller of thisproduct. I am writing to you to raise an issue about: REALME TV
The issue that I have experienced was: I purchased a Realme Smart TV Black(43'') product from its supplier, Suresh-1936, VM Retails, Ground Floor, 64/4/2 and 64/5/1 Nearby Mundka Industrial Area, Mudka, Main Rohtak Road, New Delhi-41 on 29th July, 2020. Due to display panel issues, I called Realme customer service, they came, took the TV and promised that we’ll be returned your TV within 4-6 days after repairing but it’s now almost 20-25 days passed they all failed to delivery my TV on time. Now, yesterday 13th October, 2020 a Service Engineer came and installed my TV but I shocked when I saw its poor qualities of screen and others parts, it’s a horrible experience for me & my family. They exchanged its original parts and installed a local display panel into my tv which i enclosed for your kind infroamtion below. Please help us and try to exchange my TV or refund my amount asap
