Dear conern,

This to inform you i have purchase one shoes of red chief of 2300 amount but within one month its condition is very bad & i am wearing as it is till now. I have wastes of my total money of this bad type product. When i am going to complaint on red chief outlet mau (Uttar pradesh) store manager not listen anything & saying purchase a local pad & insert it. Its a quality of red chief.in future i am not purchase any red chief product. I have added photos of shoes.

My name is Sagar Pathak, I purchased a redchief shoe on 13 aug 2016 from reliance footprint ranchi Jharkhand next day i found some complains in my shoe and explained the sales man about the issue that I found he accepted after long and hars discussion and finally agreed to replace the same. Than after few days later again the leather of the shoe got defected and the pasting of the soul got damaged again i visited to the same reliance footprint shop and shown the damage happened then again I faced long discussion with the manager on the floor he said that he will forward this for replacement or repair with by the company which will take around 15 days to get that repaired or replaced. After 15 days when I didn’t heard anything from them then I visited to the shop and got my shoe back but I found that the repairing was done locally by the cobbler and also was not stitched with appropriate thread also not pasted like in proper manager
Request you to please cooperate to short out this issue with my satisfaction

I have purchased two shoes before 7 month of red chief store rajpur road dehradun.. After one week visit at store for problem with shoes with my foot.. Customer relationship officer says this is new so some problem you used than u have no problem with the shoes..
Than some spot on shoes i m visit at store pls see these problems than cro says please polise spry than i m a spry polise.. After clean with soft cloth spry on shoes both shoes color different... Many problem. I m purchase amount of 7260 amount shoes.. And red chif not see the problem of customer and many problems in dehradun store... Two time goes out at your store.. Customer problem not sloved.. I says already please change my shoes.. With in warranty but not change by store.. Please reslove my problem,. B..

I had purchased red-chief new sleeper on 4/07/2016 in a red chief showroom in alwar city, from red hot style stor, plot no-33 scheme no. 2 bhagat singh circle alwar, rajasthan, +[protected], they have given me defected piece of sleeper, stitches are opened and there is cut mark on sleeper. I have used sleepers only four-five days, and then i saw there is a problem in sleeper.
I already used red chef sleepers and shoes, i believed on red chef, that’s why i have bought again sleeper, but this time red chef dealer disappointed me.

I went on showroom on 11 july, 2016, related problem to sleeper, and i told them related to stitches, they said we do not care about sleeper because you purchased sleeper on discount, so there was no warranty. They also did misbehave with me and said we cannot do anything, we do not care about your sleeper, we have sold you sleeper, we do not care you will buy again red chef product or not. You can complain any where we do not have any problem, you can also complaint in red chef, they cannot do anything.

They not deal with a prime customer and i do not want to return my sleeper just replace to other new sleeper and agree to pay difference amount but he did not behave like a good dealer.

I can not explain about this fabric quality, this type of material as i have bought a trouser casual trouser t-8560059 in 1599 (Approx)
From your brand store in amroha (Location - batwal) around 27 march & genuinelly i have wear max 3-4 times till now in this early period back side of trouser has been almost finished...
This type of fabric you have provide to buyer.
I have lost my trust from red chief.

Sir/Madam With a huge disappoingment, I wish to make a complaint regarding the cheap quality of a pair of Men's sandle article no. RC0570, which I purchased from a local store in Hisar, Haryana. I used that pair for only 15-20 days in very normal and soft conditions.But during that soft use of 15-20 days, that pair has become a hard and hurting piece of footwear that is lying in my house unusable. That pair has disappointed me with your branded Red Chief company. Sorry to say, but my two hundred rupees have gone wasted because I haven't used that pair for twenty days. There is a half inch hole in the foam of sandle in just 15-20 days' use. It is very very very disappointing with a highly priced piece.

It has been just a eight month since I purchased the shoes from Shoe palace store and sole of the both shoe has started detaching. Further, skin of the sole has also started detaching.There are also lace tie damage out on shoes. I have reistered the complain verbally and asked for the replacement at the store as this seems to be a manufacturing defect. This is the reply I got from the store owner. I am a regular customer of Red chief and the purchase shoes is in the 14th December 2014.Its such a bed and poor quality worth Rs. 3495/-.

i had purchased my red chief leather shoes from Adroit Footwear shri laxmi plaza 10/3 tugalpur (parichowk) greater noida gautam buddha nagar u.p. on 10/01/2015. now my shoes are tear off within the guarantee period and shopkeeper deny to repair/replace the shoes my bill no. is 1470 and bill amount is Rs 2785. so please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

red chief compalint line is too bad and no one respond the call second thing after two three call they never attend call and all time give a new number to call on then they make custmor fool and because they now after some time when warrent is over . and i want to talk with MD of red chief . other way i will go in consumer court and newpaper for my compaint

I purchased shoes a pair of shoes four months back, the color starts fading out from first week only, i requested local shop to change the pair but they replied that Red Chief distributer denies to accept it. The cost is 2800 Rs. and I believe, i got a pair of duplicate/defective piece from Red Chief.

I have a bought a shoes from shop named MUCH MORE from nadiad city , district khera state gujarat. I was in hurry so i rushed a t this shop , because this shop doesnt sell the good shoes. He sujjested me RED CHIEF shoes and i have gone for it , in just three days the shoes have torn from the side and colour has changed , when i went back he denies for any change or service , in addition RED CHIEF customer CARE never picksup the calls and neither replies the mail , i have send them along with the pics of shoes. A kind request , Dont buy SHOES of RED CHIEF or any other product of this company As they are cheaters , its better to go for red tape & lee cooper. And people of nadiad dont buy anything from MUCH MORE . I need to go to the consumer court i think so if i dont get proper response.

Recently i've been to the store in order to report the unusual change in color of the product purchased, but the store manager denied in providing any kind of help. his behavior was insane and inhuman.
i want to report this incidence only to ensure that anyone who invests his/her money in any kind of product, should get proper kind of response from the company from which the product has been purchased.
I've sent a copy of this conversation to the E-mail address been provided in the invoice.

I can hope that this matter is treated as a priority & I would be waiting eagerly for any kind of reply.

Red Chief Shoes Sole Damaged
Hi,
I want to tell you that I purchased Red Chief leather shoes on 11-Nov-2011 . Its price 2300 and its Brown in color Size 8 BR high ART NO. 2501 . I have a problem that the sole of these shoes is cracked from backside. It just 4 months to purchased and problem occurs and i submit shoes to the Thapar Shoe Co. S.C.F No.17 , Sec 19C on[protected] for sole replacement as they are under warranty that...

i have bought one pair of shoes & sandals of red chief,
but after one hour from time of purchasing, i got one
sandal is typically different from another in shade, in
material, even in stamp, printed size is same but not
actually. same in shoes....... then i went to retailer
for exchanging but all material was same in that shop.
after seeing all that stuff i got its all fake(duplicate)
material of red chief with original boxes & carry bags.
now i have shopkeeper's bill,( Choubey footwear, bhandara,dist.bhandara[M.H.]) (PH.NO.[protected],[protected]) .
I WANT TO TAKE ACTION FOR THIS FAKE BIG SCAM, what can i do?

i purchased one pair of shoes of RED CHIEF Brand from M/S SINGH TRADING CO. civil lines,Modi Tower Near Dainik Jagran Press Jhansi in Month of Feb 2011 and within two months the sole of the shoes is de-shaped, i visited the showroom of RED CHIEF Brand ,M/S SINGH TRADING CO. civil lines,Modi Tower Near Dainik Jagran Press Jhansi on 30th april 2011 with shoes and bill at that time the owner of the showroom told us please give me your shoes,bill and Rs.30/-(courier charge) and your shoes will be replaced within 15 days. after 15 days when i visited the showroom and told the owner for shoes he reply me that we will charge 37.5% of shoes value against replacement as per company policy. then i talk On Telephone No.[protected] to mr.agnihotri based at red chief H.O.Kanpur Office they assured me to discuss the matter with the dealer,after few days we once again call On Telephone No.[protected] to mr.Pradeep Kumar based at red chief H.O.Kanpur Office he clear me that we don't give Guaranty on shoes but we give the warranty on the shoes for six months repair not replacement and then i give my mob no.[protected] to him and he assured to look into the matter but till today neither i got shoes nor any information from the company side.Now you are requested that please look into the matter and sole my problem.
