I purchased a Bond Street (Red Tape) Shoes from Amazon with 90 days warranty.
On 15 Aug 2021.
But my piece is defective .
As I discussed with Customer Care,
They agreed that they will replace from nearest Store but after this statement the company starts ignoring Email

As I send several mails but they never respond.
Moreover I tried to call but always their calling line is busy, they never pick call or never respond to Mail

Already raised complaint with REDTAPE but they are using their norms, they dont want to listen to customer no empathy no help just their rule for 30 day
A person how many times can wear clothes in 30 days .
I am fed up of them please help

Sir, i request you to say that, i am shagun employer (saleswomen) of red tape ([protected])saharanpur uttar pradesh, sir our VM or store mannager rishab or kumel, are misbehaving with me always when i asked them for tea break thet take the money for tea but tea not provided during tea break, or empty cartoon box selling, or taking items like shirts shoes etc without billing, at the end of month they used to say that money will deducted from your sallery because the item is short in list, or they pressurized me to work with over load working and they blame me every time for not
to working, while i completed my work on time always, when i asked them rishab always misbehaving, sir i call you when i seriously disturb, sir i m very tensed and i work loyally or honestly on your store, but today i am pressurized to complaint about it

Cloth Perchage was defective

I purchased a white Snickers from a nearby outlet and wore it 2 times in been only 15 days of purchase period and it's glue is started to fade and separate sole.. Your shoes in jammu outlets are very poor and feels cheaper than wearing local shoes, worst experience of buying a red tape shoes, I want an urgent response to this mail as I want a replacement or refund,

I have purchased black formal shoes on[protected] from Fazilka store, Punjab. With in a month, shoes leather has got damaged from inside and after some days bottom of the shoes has got damaged even both shoes has cracked from same point. A big cracked has appeared at the bottom of shoes. I m very disappointed from your service. Kindly do the prompt action and do the needful.

I buy formal shoes from your online store at jail road after sometime sole of shoes is broken. I go to store and replace my shoes sole . He charge me 500rs for replace sole. After replacing my shoes sole I checked my shoe my shoes is damaged from the upper side. Please checked my shoe and done as it's is just like new. Thanks

I purchased redtape shoe before 20 days .but After 20 days redtape shoe is not in good condition in outside and inside, they have damage inside and outside automatically.
But when I gone at redtape outlet and complaint then store manager said to me these shoes will no replace .

I had visited ur red tape branch in sec 14 gurgaon which is in banking market.and I must say they have gave me worst services .I had purchased one shoes on 15 June 2021 which got damaged in seven days only and then I visited for return they kept me waiting for 1 hr .I was requesting them to attend me but they were least bothered.also the manager who issues return complaint was very pathetic.he did not bothered to address my problem.finally the person sitting on counter helped me after so much of time.i want u guys to councel the senior managers over there.

I have recently bought red tape shoes from the Meerut Red Tape showroom. Due to poor and pathetic quality of shoe within the 3 month of purchase sole of the shoes has been exposed. Kindly adhere to the situation and resolve it as soon as possible.

I am the customer who purchase the Red tape shoes on dated 22/2/2021 (size no 7 )from the outlet of red tape haldwani uttrakhand after using this product some issues appears in the shoes related to toe side is being cracked which i send it to the service center for repair at haldwani on dated 1/3/2021. After received the shoe from the outlet on dated 8/3/2021 again but the issues not resolved yet still the quality of that work & product is very much poor i am facing this problem since from the purchase of this product i am very much dissatisfied with this product, so i am requesting you to provide me new pair of shoes or provide me the proper solution. waiting for your positive response.

I have purchase red tape shoes last month from amazon. Within the month of purchase sole of shoes has been peeled off. 3 Months manufacturing warranty was mentioned in amazon.

I have ordered a jacket from red tape website for Tijara Bhiwadi location end of September 2020, on tracking the status it shown delivered but I haven't received any parcel from red tape.
When I complaint about the same to red tape via mail they had taken other parcels details as well ordered through Amazon but didn't solve my issue.
Till date I haven't received the jacket worth Rs1559 nor refund

I Have Purchased The Jacket From One Of Your Outlet Which Was Defected Piece After Re Visit They Denied For Exchange Of The Same As It Was Only 10Th Day . They Told To Call Customer Care, The Number Keep On Busy Then I Have Send A Mail For Which I Received The Reply That " We Will Get Back To You Within 24Hrs "
As I Have Send 3 Reminders On The Mail But I Have Not Received Any Response From Any Of Your Team .
I Think You Are Deliberate In Cheating With The Customers By Selling The Old Defected Stock .

Shoe start destroying within one day

It is sad to submit that on 07th of october 2019, i had bought a pair of shoes of red tape from one of your outlets, scf – 55, urban estate-ii, hisar, haryana. At the time of selling the shoes, mr. Vikas gupta assured that any stitch/ sole/ leather problem comes in 90 days, money would be refunded immediately. On 9th october in the evening, i happened to see my left shoe leather had been separated and was shocked to understand whether i am wearing a leather shoe or any local company’s shoes. It’s been more than 25 years i am wearing leather shoes of companies like bata, hush puppies, woodland but not seen leather like this. Any how i visited your company’s outlet, from where shoes were purchased, and happened to meet one of the executives of mr. Gupta. There he gave mr. Gupta’s mobile number and i happened to talk to him. The response i got was unexpected, where he started counting rules and regulations of renowned red tape company. Before selling he made false commitments. If mr. Gupta can count clauses, i being a citizen of india has all the rights to take my case in the light of law, where i would be taking stand that in 2 days leather got separated from one point which is unbelievable. If the matter went unresolved, it would be taken up in the newspapers as well. Mr. Gupta went rude yesterday and it is a clear case defamation by red tape company/ in person

But only within 2 month the shoes totally reaped & worn out and when talked to customer support along with showroom they denied to give warranttee of my product

I have bought red tape formal shoes from amazon.in on[protected]. I have started wearing the from last 1 month and i am seeing that shoes started detaching from sole. The invoice number is: bom[protected] and order number is[protected]. The shoes are in new condition and still started separating out from sole. The product description also contains it as wrinkle free and i am seeing wrinkles too....

I visited your karol bagh store and one of your staff (Store manager) gave me a solution regarding the issue of show bite from one of your leather boots... He gave us a solution by saying use "sarso ka tel"... That such a cheap and deaming kind of language he used... Seriously by brands like should hire atleast hire one of the generous and polite staff and should know how to deal and response to customer.
Really disappointed by your services... Now i feel like why i was being a loyal customer to red tape.
Please let me know action u have taken regarding this

Red tape is the worst company i hv ever seen in my life. I had purchased a t shirt at dhanbad showrm, bank more, centre point mall, which faded it's color in 1st wash. But even after complaint several times there is no response from there side. When i registered my complaint to redtape customercare, they suggest that we hv replaced ur damaged product in two days but still my problem is not resolved. So, i suggest to all to never get cheated from that company

I purchased red tape sports shoes from factory outlet last month. I said to staff that i m having a issue in size. He said sir after few days ur shoes will be adjusted ur foot but i m feeling pain in my foots.. Size uk 9 but i already wear uk 10. Staff said every company has its own size n fittings.. I m complaining about flipkart rediciolous show twice in a weeek. I have purchased leather shoes of red tape on 25-oct-2017.
It shoes are very uncomfortable and the heals of the shoes broken.
I am feeling very much uncomfortable my leg is paining. Quality is too bad. Doctor told me if you wear these shoes. You are big problem. Front side of shoes also teared out. Pls help me to resolve the issue immediately

I have ordered the Redtape shoes on 23 rd march-2018 it is mentoined in their website that thety will deilver in 3 to 4 days but till time i have not received the product.

I bought red tape shoe model rtr0902_brown_9 from amazon on 24 december 2017. Just after 2 months front sole of shoe separated. This type of performance from pure leather shoe of a good brand like red tape really disappointed me. Please guide me what to do now? Should it returned or replaced.. Or i have to remove red tape from my category of good shoe brands.. Please reply me at [protected]@gmail.com or [protected] your timely reply will be appreciated.

I like the red tape shoes, but for the first time i purchased a casual shirt of navy blue color from red tape v3s mall, laxmi nagar, new delhi and surprisingly the color of shirt was of so cheap quality that it ruined all my white trouser and my trouser turned into bluish white shade on first time wearing. And showroom manager says it is not covered in warranty as it was sold during sale time.
This type of product is not at all supposed to be manufactured from the brand like red tape.

This is with reference to a pair of shoe that i bought on 18/09/17 from a red tape outlet in dehradun, having invoice no. 1242 for rs 3995.00. Showroom name is: mirza int. Ltd, krishna complex, rajpur road. Ph:[protected]

Its been a month & the shoe's upper material is loosing threads, its internal sole keeps coming out and the lower sole is also loosing its grip from the front & side.

I purchased a pair before this, but due to non availability of invoice it could not be replace. Even though that pair was also damaged within 3 months of purchase.

I have been a loyal customer of red tape, but from the last two experiences i would not be buying anymore shoes from red tape.

Moreover, i would like to get a refund for these shoes instead of replacement. I could get many other option with in the price range of rs 4000/-.

Looking for a positive responce.
