.One fine day I got a promotional offer from Regalia and got called to collect free gift. After reaching there they held me in their wording and marketing strategy and pushed me to buy membership. For me, every package is costlier so they provided me with ***** package. I bought it through my Credit card on *th May **** whose interest only m paid to the bank till now.

when we asked for a booking they keep making excuses and now they are not picking up the call, the email they provided is no longer working and they also closed the office

Paid for 10 years services through EMI and they are not provided any services till date.its totally fake company, i need my money back urgently.

I have paid all money but now no services from their side.

All other travel companies started their services but Regalia company neither replying on email nor respond on customer service mobile number([protected]). They got my card swiped which converted into EMIs. they said they will pay for interest on EMIs. I am chasing with them for last 3 Years and mails, calls are not being responded to!

Agreement Facility -
1. Gym Voucher
2. Three Dinners (Birthday & Anniversary) at listed restaurants
3. Function Halls for celebration
4. Big Bazaar Voucher worth 24, 000/-
and many more as per agreement.

Also they agreed to refund amortization money, which they have not paid yet. They are not responding on email or phone. Please help to get refund of my money. When I visited office many times, It is found closed.

The session takes you to a room where they already have there own people (Fake couples, family, etc.) and every 10 mins they show that they have sold the package to some family but everything is complete drama, nothing is genuine.Their fake executive tries to sell their holiday package and promise you to give 4/5 star accommodation anywhere in the world @ very very attractive prices, actually, they kind of hypnotize you. If you decide to go for the plan, they ask you to pay the complete amount of package which ranges from 75, 000 - 1, 50, 000 (As per the package & negotiations) on the same day via.
Credit card/cash/cheque/debit card. Once you paid it then now it is hell for you. You will never get 4/5 star accommodation instead you will get economy class hotels with much lesser prices if you book yourself in their agreement itself, they write that amount is refundable. On justdial, their own people have put the reviews. I have lost my hard-earned money. Requesting all other people not to become victims. If anyone is interested do call me for proofs. Nothing comes for free in this world. This company is also like a priority international holiday. Still, you visited there then don't pay the same day, they are continuously tempting you to offer is today only but these are continuously going on. Don't pay the same day because if you read carefully there agreement on rs100 stamp paper which has no legal value, there is no refund policy. You will get trapped there only like me.
Can anyone please help me to know how can I get my refund back?

I am asking them to refund my refund 1, 30, 000 because i have not availed any services and my financial conditions are not good to pay more. But they are totally denying so i am going to file complain in axis bank to get back my hard-earned money. So guys don't rush such foolish gift offers and get trapped in the future.)

While coming into malls or it's parking, they get filled details for gift vouchers, winthin two days they will call u as winner of gift, asking to come and collect. Guys don't go for this gifts and waste your time which is not even worth of your car petrol spending to go there. I have given these cheap crocary units to dust bins.

You will get trapped there only like me, from last 9 months i am requesting to company kindly refund my paid rs40000 thousand because i am unable to pay remaining rs85000 because of my dad's heart illness treatment, but they are denying by saying once you paid no refund will be given. They are offering me 5%, 10% refund of my hard earned money. I am asking them to refund my refund 30000 because i have not availed any services and my financial conditions are not good to pay more. But they are totally denying so i am goning to file complain in consumer court to get back my hard earned money.

So guys don't rush such foolish gift offers and get trapped in future.

They have called us for gifts & vocuchers, when we went at regalia hinjewadi, they take you to a room where they already have there own peoples (Couples) and in every 15-20 mins they show that they have solds packages to some family but everything is complete fraudent,
Then show holiday package of 1 lakh for 5 year tenure and said about 4/5 star accommodation & also said having there websites booking portal, we are not agree with 1 lakh package, so they further come up with 75k package for 5 years and hypnotise you.
In that we have paid 9k via 2 debit cards & further fraudly swiped our credit card 90k instead of 75k, further we see reviews about company on next day, its totally fake company even there website is not operational (Fake website portal)
We went to their office after 2 days, we ask them to show 4 & 5 star hotel tieup details & but they are not able to show those details & so we ask them to refund our money but no response from them, we even not used there any services as well
Even no responses on email from them, whereas on mouth shut portal totally fake comments from there members only.
