Wrong Bank account details in demat account maintained in the branch

I opened a DEMAT account with Reliance Money ltd - Rajahmundry Branch . But the bank account details registered with the Reliance Capital ltd is wrongly mentioned as Suryapet instead of Rajahmundry . Kindly make n/c changes.

Non credit of warrant amount
This has reference to your mail advice Ref No. KCPL/RCL/[protected]/0686985 dtd 21/07/2009 intimating that a warrant No. 469650 Folio No.[protected] for amount of Rs. 390.00 sent to my Banker - Indian Overseas Bank Mahim Mumbai 400016 branch to credit proceeds in my NON RESIDENT NRE A/o 10793
is not yet credited till todate as I have been checking my statement on Internet Banking. Till today there is no credit entry reflecting on this...

I have received mail adivice Ref KCPL/RCL/[protected]/0686985 dtd 21/07/2009 from you informing me that a warrant No. 469650 under Folio No.[protected] for Rs. 390.00 has been sent to my bank
Indian Overseas Bank Mahim Branch Mumbai 400016 to credit into my NRE A/c No. 10793 proceeds.
I regret so far till todate (16/08/2009) the amount is not creedited into my account as per checking
my statement with the bank on my internet...

Application Status of Credit Card
Dear Sir/Mam,
I have applied a credit card through Tata which is merged with State bank of India in Kolkata.Till date i have not able to know the status of same.And i am not able to contact anybody from state bank of india.
Pls confirm me the status of the application.
