Dear sir,
I am a ex employee of reliance SMSL limited in jiomart partner kirana segment my ex employee code is 60697572 last working 20feb 2023 in narsinghpur madhya pradesh HQ please provide me my ex employee portal because I don't receiv some important documents and i need very urgent,
1. Reliving letter
2. Last pay slip

Unprofessional behaviour with employees

I had my girlfriend work for TechMahindra for JioMart. I wouldn't like to disclose her name but would like to raise a complaint for her TL LOKESH from Delhi branch.
He's vulgar in his talks with his employee, no professionalism what so ever.
I mean i just read her WhatsApp by mistake and saw the TL asking her if he could send her a d*ck pic!!!
I mean what behaviour is this!!!
Shame on Jiomart for having such uncouth...

Today I was visit your mall in guna Madhya Pradesh cantt and there security guards was very abusing with me he said very bad words to me and her behaviour is so bad and her name is dilip rajpoot and i never back to go your jio mart in any city and I suggest my all famly members to never go jio mart in any condition thank you

    A company which takes orders and payments online but delivers wrong products. At 9 p.m. a person delivered a packet and collected money from me as it was cash on delivery. On calling customer care numbers and WhatsApp numbers, menu is being displayed and there is no one to attend urgent complaints though orders are accepted all 24 hours. A prestigious company with no customer care.

      I have ordered some products online and payment was made at the time of placing order. However, once delivery was made, I found few items were missing. I have raised a ticket at the company's site, bt till now they have not issued the refund.

        I ordered a night suit on 25 march and the delivered item was different size hence I requested for return. The delivery person Srinath reddy ([protected]) first denied to take the product back as the size was different however he took the product back after speaking to store manager Arundavid[protected] .

        Arundavid promised to update the system that return is complete and to initiate the return but after the product is taken back nor Srinath or Arun picking up the call.

        I have called customer care multiple times however no update.

        Jio it is such a shame to make customer run behind you like this. Is this how you wanna run the company with having such fraud employees working for you.

        Jio definitely needs to take action on such unprofessional employees and also look into this issue asap

          I have not ordered anything from jiomart n I received the msg twice today n once yesterday .. I tried calling the number given in msg but it's not valid number... cybersecurity should look into such things...hope it's not a scam

          It was my bad ... I m Sorry actually my son had ordered n I was not aware...

          As now a days the link scam is going on so I thought of sharing my view ... Secondly the number provided was also not available...

            In the order no.[protected] Reliance JIO MART had billed us for AMUL INDIA TWILIGHT TRYST CHOCOLATE but it was not delivered . We had taken the matter with customer care, every time they will tell us that they will see to it that they will attend to my grievance, but till date they have not attended to my grievance. I am really unhappy with the insensitive attitude and the bad customer care of JIOMART..
            Name Jio is truly misleading. It is a company which has no care for its customers. Just squeezing money as much as they can. Complaints are ignored and not attended to without assigning any reason. Issuing tickets has no meaning of they are not resolved.

              I made an order on 18th August and did a prepaid payment, the order number is[protected]A. Initially that status showed that the order shall be delivered by 20th August but it didn't delivered. And the status has been updated to be delivered by 22 August. On 22 August I saw that the status has been updated to delivered but the order hasn't been delivered to my location. There isn't any information regarding the delivery person, either the customer support doesn't pick up the calls and doesn't respond to the mails, I did even raised a query against the order in jiomart.com but there isn't any response from the company. I also went ahead and approached them through Instagram but no response. This has been a case with many other consumer and they have been facing the same issue. I did enclosed the screenshots of my communication with JioMart and Order details. In one page the delivery date is showing as 20 August in another it shows as 22 August.
              I hope this forum shall help consumers like me to get the outcome..

                On 15 th august 2020, i tried to purchase some products from jiomart. The money was deducted and credited to jiomart but the order was decline by jiomart. Then i again tried to order the same by retrying order area. My money was deducted and credited to jiomart again. But this time order was confirmed. What about my money from the first order which was declined? Jiomart customer care didn't bother to pic calls.

                  I had ordered groceries worth 4k online on 4th june 2020 and was promised delivery by 6th june. The delivery did not arrive on the said date. However the next day the portal showed that the order was already delivered. Astonished i called the helpline provided on the site, was made to wait for quite a while and finally when i did get an exec on the other hand i explained the matter.

                  The woman said that i would receive the order by 5pm. So i politely asked her if she could share an email or an sms notifying me of the claim she made. To this her response was that she is working from home and hence couldn't. Then i asked her how was i to trust her words, to which she simply cut the call.

                  Eager to find another way to voice my complaint i went to jiomart's facebook page only to find that i'm not the only one being defrauded. And there seems to be no customer or chat support to address our queries.

                  I would a full refund of my order at the earliest.

                    I placed an order on JioMart web app on 26th May 2020 but didn't get any email confirmation or order details for the same. I wrote thrice to their customer care [protected]@jiomart.com but no reply till date. My Rs. 2476.06 is not refunded yet. I don't know what to do. Please help. Thanks!

                      I had ordered on 25/05/2020 from Jio Mart a reliance company,
                      It was informed to me that the order will be delivered by 27/05/2020,
                      So I waited and called them on 27/05/2020 but their phone number is always busy and not accessible.

                      i wrote them 3 email but did not received any response.

                      I did not receive any clear cut information, even after writing to them multiple times
                      And as per there T&C it is clear if the order is not received on time, they will inform me via sms or mail. And if I want I can cancel my order before the cut of time for the slot given to me for delivery.

                      I did not received any of the above.

                      I request you sir/ma’am to please solve this situation as they are not listing to my calls.

                        I ordered on 25/05/2020 from jio mart a reliance company,
                        It was informed to me that the order will be delivered by 27/05/2020,
                        So i waited and called them on 27/05/2020 afternoon they told me to wait till evening the order will be delivered as it takes 48 hrs to do so,
                        As of 29/05/2020 i have not received any information about my order, as the items are essential for daily needs (Food items),
                        So i called them again on 29/05/2020 afternoon to ask the whereabouts of the order, they replayed u will receive till the end of the day as it is in transit for 2 days as per the order status,
                        I did not receive any clear cut information, even after calling them multiple times, they just say (Ki aajayega aapka saman) and they hang up the call, despite waiting for 30 to 50 min on call, i have the recordings and the screen shorts.
                        And as per there t&c it is clear if the order is not received on time, they will inform me via sms or mail. And if i want i can cancel my order before the cut of time for the slot given to me for delivery.

                        I did not received any of the above.

                        I request you sir/ma’am to please solve this situation as they are not listing to my calls.

                        I also have the same situation.
                        exactly the same as yours. I ordered on 25.05.2020 to be delivered on 27.05.2020 but not to be seen till date.
                        i tried calling their phone number but was always busy. Can you guide me on how to contact them on phone. I have written them 3 email but to no avail.
                        Now i have raised an email complaint to the consumer forum.
