Complaint about a misguide of the price of mustard oil packets

Today i went to reliance market situated at Tripura road, Guwahati, Assam. There before buying the packets of mustard oil I asked one of a lady staff about the price of the packet, she took out a price list & told that the price of 1lt packet is Rs 171.00 so i took 4nos of same mustard oil packets. Bt after billing n payment I got to know that the price of the same mustard oil packet is Rs 178.00 each. When I went to ask the lady seller about the reason then she said that the online & offline prices are different & then she went away.. At the time of collecting the product I just asked her the price of the packet, there only she could have clarified about the online & offline prices, I wouldn't have bought the product. After billing why such confusion had arised with me n the other customers like me. According to me when I went to the Market to buy a product, it's the sellers duty to guide me properly about the price of the product which I wanted to buy. Please do look into the matter as early as possible otherwise reliance will lost many of its privileged customers.

Store is not cleaned, every time it is being managed, ladder and trolleys are their in between the product purchasing areas.
They have near about 17 - 18 billing counters but only 3 - 4 are open on weekdays and 10 arround on weekends.
Some staffs are rude.
If ranking is being asked 2 will be sufficient for nowadays overall to the store, previously it deserved 8+ I think before COVID started.

I am calling ur staff gandhi (OL) for the past 1and 1/2year.he is taking commission on products products provided by the company. As i refused to give him the amount he asked he is not giving me the stock i asked. He didnt even add my firm even i gave him several times to add it for the company code. He is speaking very rudely that he doesnt have to answer my call.. Please help me to sort this issue.. He is the OL for reliance market madhavaram chennai

About the security rules followed

The reliance market sitatued in kurnool at City square Mall in andhrapradesh has the worst maintaince. The main problem is with the security people the people does not take care of our items which were let in the cloack area of mart. They are telling as our own risk. They don't allow children in mart atleast they have to consider the pepole who come singelywith childre.

I have purchased the ac from reliance market, ariyamangalam, trichy. The person arranged for installation was behaving rude and bargaing for money with additional work. I have never seen such kind of behaviour in my past by service engineer. Need an immedite expedition on the complaints and in fact i dont want to have such a person for my ac installation and that should happen today with an counterpart.

Today, 20/09/2019. I buy some products from reliance market
Location: bahadurgarh, near punjabi university patiala (Punjab).
When i reached at home unfortunately i see exp date, i am shocked because product already expired 07/19. I have all proof with bill. If i used this product that can be poisonous for us.
I know no one will take action against this firm owned by ambani. Due to security reason not adding bill number

I am regular customer of reliance market bahadurgarh (Patiala). Today (10.8.19) i was harassed by concern staff. We purchased 4 bed sheets. Its price mention on display was 699 rupees against mrp of 1999 rupeees. During billing, i was amazed when it was showing 799 per sheet. This is second instance in last 3 months. Concern staff does not bother regarding problem of customer. My reliance card number is [protected]. Who is responsible for the time my whole family wasted there. Also concern staff misbehave when we asked them regarding this. Their reply was that we can not do nothing as there are too much articles.

A regular customer of reliance went to reliance market (Adda link road, kalyanpur, asansol-713302) on 21.7.19 while shopping already taken 1 deospray and some grocessary, as deospray was having no seal we opened the cap to smell the deospray, suddenly the manager of the reliance market suddenly started taunting at the staff saying people come hear to smell just not to purchase from here. He stated telling his staff that why did nt he stopped us. When enquired why he is saying in this manager and what is his name he relied, he is not authorized to tell their name as per policy and told me he will block my card so that i cannot shop and startedd houling. Such a bad behaviour from a so called manager of the reliance market. Very bad seeing this. Spoiling the reputation of the company. Will recommend not to go there having such a uncultured manager.

regarding price difference between billing and price tag displayed on product

I am a regular customer of reliance market and face this problem every time. There are always more than one item having different prices at display rack and billing counter. Generally nobody observe this difference after billing. But it is there. For example yesterday i bought canola oil whose displayed price tag was rs 869 whereas it came to 979 during billing. There may be so many items like this in the store like reliance market.

I purchased 2bottle of ambipur from reliance market on 26/03/2019 today when i ready for use i surprised to see that one of the bottle is not working properly, so immediatellly i go to the store and complain the same, but it is very unfortunate that they refusing to replace the same as well as the saying that the problem is occurred by me. It is very disappointing to me as i am an old customer of the store, hence i decide to not purchase anything from reliance market and also advise my friends and relatives to not purchase anything from reliance market.

I bye a 10 kg atta bag and i didn't didn't see much. Bag was very much cracked from below side. I saw after billing then i tell to change to other but he didn't change
At least he can give me a plastic bag or any type of bag for that. And i was going with bike and in the way atta leakage from bag. He tell me that there is no change policy. I don't return. But he can give me at least a carry bag or plastic bag. But he didn't do this.

My name is kesavan. I am purchasing goods on every month from reliencemart for 4 years. On purchasing on 29/09/18, they are charging 6rs for a small with is insufficient to carry goods. I had a hard time carrying goods on that cover. Change the rate or the cover size. The billing person demanding to arrange all the stuff by me or else they won't bill the products. What type of behavior is this? Then why are advertising customer first? If your staffs are behaving like this.

In reliance market on 10th of September 2018 I had bought some items like maggi, nachoz, some perks and one mixed fruit juice of 1 LTR which all was in offer. But in that perk and nachoz has been expired. Perk has lost its all favor and nachoz was worst feeling ever. I had to face a huge emmbarisment in front of my family and my money has been wasted and I had to suffer a lot from that nachoz product that particular night and it had its effect on next day also . Even that mixed fruit juice was to expire in another 4 or 5 days .That nachoz had taken air and so I thought it had tasted that way and had in discount but the matter was that it had expired had kept to sale.this is big crime and I would like to register complaint on reliance market company for its total negligence. I would like to get compensate for wasting my time health money and much more. 2 pack of nachoz of tomato had expired and 1pack of nachoz of another flavor was worst I dont no why may be it had taken air and about to expired in another 20 25 days.also it is so shamefull of there negligence that even small kids can consume that product.so please punish them as hard as possible so that this mistake cannot be done again.

worst experience ever!!!!

On 8th of september 2018, i visited reliance market located in vinayak nagar, nizamabad, telangana. My tax invoice is [protected]. I got my stuff in a cart and proceeded towards the billing counter approximately at 5 pm. A person named ashok sagar (As said by the person named shiva at my billing counter) shouted at me to move my cart to other billing station as the crowd is little less over there. I ageed and was moving my cart which was fully loaded and heavy, apparently he was rushing me saying “can’t you walk any faster?” i proceeded to the counter he showed me to. There was some problem with the billing counter and it took 20 more minutes of waiting, there was no hope of the machine running! So we went back to the previous line we stood in to find it crowded with 10 more people.
Whose fault is it now? When i ask about it the staff behaved rude!! Worst experience ever at the place. No one to take care of the issue, no one takes any kind of responsibility. Is it how we get treated for paying?!
There were barely two or three staff members for whole lot of people waiting in line for long hours! When i asked about the manager there was no person willing to tell their names or where the manager is! This is not my first bad experience here, the staff always misbehaves and are very rude. I am not going there to get should at, this can’t be ignored. Necessary actions are to be taken and i am expecting an apology. If not i am going to take this to appropriate courts.

Today i made a shopping for 245 rs at reliance whole sale market at puda multiplex choti baradari jalandhar punjab .at the time of billing counter no 6 amrik singh cashier no 60423763 who was at bill desk asked me for reliance card which unfortunately i was not carrying so he denied to make payment.at the same time i ws standing at the counter a person behind me purcahsed his item without card.i askd the cashier to make my payment but he said he cant do beyond 200.so i said to divide the payment into 2 person as i was with my wife.but he denied very rudely as if i was begging something frm him.in the end another customer helped us by givng his card.this kind of customer service from Reliance was never expected..kindly take action for these kind of staff who r making ur services worst..

Afterwards came to know that it was not updated at rack.

I was a reliance card member in bangalore. After i relocate from bangalore, i request over phone to delete my phone number from sending sms promotions. They said yes but it never happened. One day i visited their customer care in the market and the lady told me that i cannot change it at all. I asked her and she was quite sure that 'once i entrolled they cannot delete my number'. I am quite sure that there is no laws like that and i got a response from dnd registry that they cannot banned it because i was registred for it. May be now it doesnt seems a big problem but this will be a huge problem in the future.

I bought a minute maid 1lit bottle from your relaince market (pallavaram branch) and it's was expired one
Yeserday i purchased nearly 1Kg og of red apple from Bathinda which look wise seems good. When we cut apples at home to my surprise they were rotten and taste bad as nome of family memberwas ready to eat. I am surprised as i regularly visit Reliance Market and cannot expect such poor quality.

This happens to me in davanagere city which is in karnataka. First time i have visited reliance market in davanagere to buy a tv.. And because of rain i couldn't take delivery that day and staff gave me some receipt and made payment asked me to come after day. When i went to collect my tv. Security guards talking like rubbish.. They kept waiting me for half an hour along with my wife leaving my work
After i complained to management they allowed me to take my tv out side. I tried to convince that i had paid full money yesterday. But security not at all ready to listen. And after that worst experience i have visited again today to shop some cloths and grossory. My wife had selected few tops and trailed it. After coming out of trail room there is no staff people. And we kept there only that tops. Followed by the situation one lady staff came to us and asked us to fold back the cloths which my wife had trail. She told that that is our duty to fold back after we trail. Which i felt that i'm working for reliance market. I had decided. That i will never visit ur reliance market in my life.. Thank u and good bye.

Sometimes I visit Reliance Mart in Pune for groceries. They have a bad practice, many a times their own employees want to buy products from the same shop. What they do is while there are customers at the counter in a queue, their own employees come at the counter and directly bill their purchased product, further delaying existing customers.
This is a very bad practice. Reliance Mart should reserve a time slot or may be at the end of business hours to allow their own employees to buy products or in case if they want to do it, they should do it after their shift is over and wait in queue just like any other customers.

Reliance market bolta h ki ab company se sahi karwawo. Apko bta du mane pure paise diye h kharab prodect ke nhi diye Jo mujhe kharab prodect Diya gya. Mai case karunga yadi Mera prodect change nhi hua

I bought washing machine last Sunday I asked for delivery Tuesday they delivered. And that day they didn't install that delivery guy said installation guy will come after an hour till now no one came 10 days over. Daily I am calling to installation guy. He will tell today tomorrow some time not even receiving my call.

numerical mistake in the bill

I bought some food packets from your reliance market and when i saw the bill i found some numerical mistake in my bill. Ther is price of patel monaco biscuits 25 rs but in bill it was calculates on bases of 51.78 rs and also gst is added 18 percent
So i have loss by 2 ways.
First of all i have to pay 51.78 instead of 25 and second i have to pay more gst deu to increase in price.
So i am not happy form your service.
I am in loss of ~32 rs.

requirement of pan card

Yesterday i visited reliance market solapur.
The bill amount was more than 13000.00, during billing i was asked to produce my pan card as the bill amount was more than 5000.00 and i was paying with credit / debit card.
I was told that pan card is not required if paid by cash.
What is this logic? I dont understand.
Why should the customers produce their pan cards if payment is made through credit or debit cards that too for a bill amount of more than 5000.00
