Yesterday i visited reliance market solapur.

The bill amount was more than 13000.00, during billing i was asked to produce my pan card as the bill amount was more than 5000.00 and i was paying with credit / debit card.

I was told that pan card is not required if paid by cash.

What is this logic? I dont understand.
Why should the customers produce their pan cards if payment is made through credit or debit cards that too for a bill amount of more than 5000.00

I have purchased men's pant in reliance market trichy road, coimbatore vide bill no. [protected] dated 03/09/2017. After first wash (In water only) i found that color fade in the pant. It is purely manufacturing defect. I have gone to the store on 21/09/2017 & shown the item but the executive has refused to accept the pant. I need replacement.

I went to shopping from ur tirunelveli branch. Here almost all the customers are facing this problem but nobody seem be saying anything. U ppl are charging rs 6 for the takeaway cotton bag. But the quality of these bags really bad so much so that i am buying items, the moment i come out of the store it tears down all the items they just keep fall on the road. Therefore humble request to have some better quality bags. Coz of this experience i have decided not to visit the store again. This in turn is damaging the brand reliance. Iam sharing some pics.

On 31/10/2015 purchased Glass Cook Top, First Nob is not working and it is in "ON" mode, Hence unable to start.

I went to Reliance Market located at Five roads, Salem, Tamilnadu to purchase groceries. When I wanted to bill my purchases, the employee at counter refused to bill my purchases insisting that I get a Reliance Market card, otherwise she will not bill. I already have cards from Reliance one which they don't accept. How many cards one need to carry to buy articles from reliance retail?.Whether one requires the card or not should be left o the individual.. Finally I had to fore go the purchases. This sort of arm twisting is against the principles of individual freedom.

I am a regular customer of reliance market for the last 3months. Today on 16.03.15 I visited reliance market of solapur and purchased various items costing aprrox. 1400. I purchased approx. 0.5kgof green chilli costing around rs. 15. however the same was wrongly billed by reliance for rs.115. The item selected by reliance was "saunf fennel" instead of green chilli. The cost of the selected item was rs.219.00/kg, but the cost of the green chilli is aprrox rs.30.00/kg only. Thus I lost approx rs 100.00 by visiting reliance market. For getting in touch with reliance market I need to travel approx.30kms one way from a village Hotgi Station (NTPC TOWNSHIP) to solapur in my private car so, the option is not feasible. I request Reliance market to take cognigence of this and take necessary action to resolve my issue. Pics showing the above details attached.

Hi, I wanted to give you a heads up for the false commitment being made to the wholesalers by Reliance Market Bhopal. Allow me to brief you about the recent situation: We are a wholesale firm in Bhopal. Reliance Market Execs do the marketing and take the orders for their products. If we want to place an order for a product, we come to an agreement for the price and also the quantity. Then they collect full payment before dispatching goods. Now the delivery of goods make take a day or a week. Last week, Mr Sachin Nema, who is the Category Manager @ Reliance Market Bhopal, came to our shop and took the order for Fair & Lovely of MRP 23 (20 cases). We were told that we would be given fair & lovely on a condition that we need to buy Parachute also. We needed the first product so we had to invest money in the latter too. As per discussions, we gave the money for the goods Rs 87800. Frankly speaking, we didn't have that much cash during that time. So we went to bank and disloved the FD for this amount. Now after four working days, we were delivered only Parchute. After follow up, we were told that Fair & Lovely is out of stock and money shall be returned in a day. ->This is very disappointing. If they cannot give goods, then why come in market and take an order? ->Why take money in advance and then use money for a week? ->The same money could have been used in a bank and i could have got an interest for the same. ->We had an FD, but we dissolved it coz we wanted to make a fair investment in our business. But we feel cheated and fooled now I would like to request Saurabh Jain (Sales Manager @ Reliance Market Bhopal) and Mr. Ashish Dubey (Store Manager @ Reliance Market Bhopal), to look into the matter and escalate it coz its a cheating with the wholesalers. You cannot lure the wholesalers with cheap rates and the take their money and later on not deliver goods and then returning money. This is not how the business is done. Regards, MGS Sunny

I m worked as a CSA in Reliance market Guntur Andhra Pradesh.
I resigned the job on[protected] and return the ID card and other Company Belongs.HR Manager said that you will get salary within one month.
I did not get salary for the 15 days from last 3 months.
I called and asked HR Manager and he said it will take time to get salary.
Still now HR says same thing.
What can i do now to get my salary.Help me how to get my salary
