I have reliance broadband connection. my user id [protected]. My connection was not working for 14 days. i had made complaints many times
but no use. They update complaint number status cleared without rectify the fault.I request waiver for specified period.But they denied to do so.My money was wasted for half a month....

I have a reliance broadband last 3 months.my id no.is[protected].NOW IS PROBLEM THAT MY NETWORK IS NOT WORKING About 5 days i also comlaint a complaint depARTMENT ON TWO DAYS BEFORE .my complaint no is[protected].BUT m realy say to sorry here is no solution till now .no body can alive check my conection or no responce from depratment I also try to ask about local distributer of here but her office is closed and when i call him he not pick...

not working from last march 2008, not fixed line also.
broadband of reliance & fixed line not working last from march 2008, but every rep. are saying it will going to solve very soon but not resolve till date.But collected the monthly bill regularly with threaten to their collection center manpower from my wife because she is staying alone at my house.
