bank of india new delhi transport department they told me they they transfer the money from ameirka to my account yes actually I met a friend from facebook he is a stranger he told us that he want to invest business in my place. and the women who call me that i have to pay a fee charge of ₹28500/- and she told me to pay today if i did not pay she cancelled ease help me this is true or not this is the numbet...

someone they call me and they said that they are from reserve bank of india new Delhi transport department they said that they transfer the money from American to my account state bank of India but they said that i have to pay first the charge of ₹28500 if i did not pay they cancelled the transection but the last date to pay is today can u please help me if its true or not
