Same notice given to me.. So wht ur gng to do? Im nt going to pay their demand. Defintely they cant proceed a legal case as their itself a fraud cmpny.. so dont panic abt court notice.. Block evrythng n call & wp, Ignore mails only then can make us ourself safe frm issue.. As evn i[censored] pay the amount f 5900 they r going to ask agn d money as they could clearly fix ourself as a target one evrytyme.. so do as such like ths.. Hope will be helpful

This is cheating and fraud company (Resume Fill). They simply sending company User Id and Password in whatsApp and my personal Email ID. If it is a genuine company then they should send only through personal Email Id of company User Id and Password. But they send to simply to my personal whatsApp number. Cheating company. Please don't accept this type of calls and also don't share any personal information to them.

Do they really hire a case in a court?? If they are fake, then how come they charge the file in the court?? Hope it cant be done by them for that extend.

The same scam happened with me today but I refused to complete the whole process for now. Recruiter name is Tanya( contact number[protected] and I messaged her regarding work from home jobs and she offered me a freelancing work where we have to 600 resumes in 7 days with 90% accuracy. She asked me to send my aadhar card and a passport image to proceed and gave me id and password to login into Resume to fill website...( https://resumetofill.com/client ) ..and I asked her to wait for a while I am busy right now will complete it after sometime and will update you . Suddenly she started started saying can you please fill it right now, I ignored her msg and Thank god I thought of doing research before doing my signature there and saw these complaints.

Now I have a doubt, she is now having my aadhar card so is there any issue, is she still be able to blackmail me ?

Don't pay. It's all fraud. They will try anything to get money from you but don't pay.

Hello, this is all fake don't worry just ask them to do whatever they want to you will get calls from fake advocate or police officers just ignore them they are all fake, believe me i know about this i have also faced this scene, so only thing you have to do is ignore and ignore

I am student from Rajasthan, I was contacted by a recruiter claiming to be from Resumetofill company by the name Ankur. He described me as the job was to fill 600 Resumes in 7 days with certain accuracy (90%) or else a portal fee (5000) + GST (900) . I completed my work within specified time. I waited for him to contact me as instructed by them .3 days after I called him to get an update on payment upon which he asked me to wait and after a while when he contacted me back he told me that I didn't meet the accuracy criteria and that I need to pay the charges after checking my wrong filled resumes on the website after which I urged him that what I filled in was correct and to recheck the ones under doubt upon which an argument started at the end of which he shouted on the phone directly that I better pay up by 4 PM or else they will drag me to surat court after this I asked him to provide me his superiors contact info to which he answered "tumharey liya toh may hi supervisor ho!" and again threatened me to pay up before 4. After a while before trying to pay him I called him and asked for details of the said company for which I was supposed to pay against on to which he initially answered that was Resumetofill upon asking for authentication (I had my.suspisioins) he told me that -" Manay job dina, may hi supervisor ho aur may hi company ho" after which I started receiving calls .

Can you please tell me how you protected from resume filling company. I'm also facing the same problem
