The allotted vehicle has transmission and wheel alignment issue, so they gave me another replacement car . Then after 4 days they came and exchanged the car . After collecting it and within 20 minutes i met with an accident, i came to know that the streering is in fault, wheel is dragging side ways and car is completely is worst condition . They told me to give back the car to do inspection .i denied it and said i will submit the car at police station, so we can properly check the issue. They suddenly came to my home and begged to take the car back and promised to exchange the car within 2 days. I got written mail from them regarding this . After 3 days they completely changed the tone and said i need to pay 10k RS for damage and the car cant be given back . They are trying to fix the car fast and hiding (fraudulent activities). Now customer care doesn't responds good and talks rudely .

    Hi team.. I made a booking through revv car..firstly I was asked to enter the DL details. Which I did.. And was asked to keep the original documentary wit me.
    . The car owner called me at 10.30 in the night while my booking was at 6 at morning the next day.. I went to meet the owner in spite of the time post which I was made aware that the dl has to be a year old. No where In the website ita mentioned that the dl has to be a year old.. Whilst the govt has issued an id how does any private organization hAve authority to override the same. And accept the payment without any checks.. It's cheating the customer with their tricks to take the money and the customer executive was extremely rude.. Saying he will cancel the bookinf and ensure we pay the money.. Is customer experience so invaluable?

      Am taking a revv subscription car in 04.02.2020 booking Id is 10697600 swift dzire after. 36 months over the acquisition prize will 1.75to 2lakh is told one of the revv employee femina monacha is told and after that I have contacted the another company employee mr.ankith he told acquisition prize is 5.40lakhs after that our time period is over we cannot make the payment we request to company please give 1day time they will not given

        I have booked a rental car from revv.com and the total charge I have paid for the booking is 4315/- including all taxes. After booking is done, they asked the DL for verification. I already uploaded the required documents in the website under my account. For this booking I have told them that, In hand I don't have the DL with me but, I can show them the DL from my state approved mobile RTA M-Wallet app. Still they are not accepting it and for refund of my booking amount, they are saying that I will only get 1000/- as refund because of cancellation. As per the government policy when or where ever it's required, users can use the government approved RTA M-WALLETS to display the ID proofs. These specific REVV.COM company they are not accepting the M-WALLET and also they are not refunding the amount which I have paid to them.

          We are a family of 4 and booked a Hyundai Creta for a single day via Revv. We had to make a round trip from Hyderabad to Warangal which is about 350kms in total.

          The night before our journey, at 11:30PM, we get a call from Revv saying that our desired car was damaged by previous leaser and that a replacement car of Maruthi Ciaz was available. We decided to go with it but they didn't reduce the cost even though its listed price was less than Creta and didn't have features like reverse camera.

          The vehicle was fine till the return leg of journey. As we were entering back into Hyderabad, we noticed a strong burning smell from the engine. It was persistent for a while. Then, the vehicle lost it's pickup even when we press the accelerator. Noticing something was wrong, I pulled over to the side. We opened the bonnet to check, and we got a strong burning smell. We called up Revv customer care. They picked up quickly but didn't provide any assistance to help with my situation. They just told us to contact our pickup person who was due to pick it up after 3 hours. When we called him, he said to either try to reach our home by driving slowly or leave the car locked there on the side of the road and the key in the inside of the front wheel. The latter option sounded a bit fishy and risky as we didn't want to be held responsible for a stolen car. So we decided to finish our journey home.

          We slowly rode the car home, not pressing the clutch much and reached our home with lot of shouts and abuses from vehicles behind us as we were driving too slowly. It was a very stressful situation for us as we (me and my husband) are elderly above 55 years old.

          I called Revv during the incident and even the next day explaining the grievance it cost us. They mentioned, they would take a look at the car and get back.

          Now, after 3 days, they get back saying that the clutch failed and blamed it on our driving. And they had the gall to ask us to pay an extra 12000 Rs for the repairs. This is the part which is really unfair and sounds nefarious.

          First off, the car we got was not which we first ordered and an inferior one. Next, it looked like it was driven for quite a bit - the odometer showed 10000 kms when we got it. And we only drove it for 350kms and it is not like we are inexperienced drivers. I am a doctor and have been driving my car since the last 20 years. I drive daily to my clinic, and I know pretty well how to drive a manual car on heavy traffic and highways.

          It shocks me that while I am complaining for a refund of my trip for the inconvenience they caused, they get back asking me to pay an extra 12k in repairs. Also, thinking of their assistance during our breakdown was to call the pickup person and wait, I feel lucky it happened when we were close to home than midway on the highway.

          Revv mentions that the vehicles they lend are "mechanically sound". My only question is this : How can a "mechanically sound" vehicle break down in 350 kms o[censored]se in a single day by a sane driver? And how can you blame it on the customer when you have no evidence for the same.

          This is my first time trying to rent a car for self-drive and I am left with a painful experience of this whole industry. I tried calling Revv's customer care but they weren't helfpul.

            Date of Booking : Oct 29 from 2.30pm - Oct 29 at 10.30pm for 8 hrs
            Car provided : Hyundai Santro AT
            Total charges incurred for 5332, which included 2500 refundable security deposit.
            Paid for : 80kms with fuel for 8 hrs

            Odometer reading when REVV representative dropped the car was - 52766 at 2.40pm on Oct 29
            Odometer reading when the car was picked up was - 5283 at 10.30pm on Oct 29

            The kms driven was only 65.

            From the refundable deposit they deducted additional 163Rs. towards fuel charges and paid back only 2257 instead of 2500. They are refusing to refund the illegal charges they deducted at 163 when there were no extra kms. consumed.

            This is a broad daylight dacoity. Shows the unethical practices the founders follow - Anupam Agarwal and Karan Jain,

              Company is not maintaining their cars and trying to push regular repair maintenance charges to customers. Beware if your car faces any issues due to company's negligence, company will try to put all costs to customers and run maintenance free.
              No reply from Revv for the cause of overhear in 33kms with no signs of external damage. Being looted off 1.7 lakh rupees.

                    This is the bitter experience with revv, during my booking period 08/10/2019 to 11/10/2019 from 1.00pm to 3.00pm. This experience scared me and my family for future booking with revv. I am only giving feedback for betterment of the services, but i may also go to court for my compensation against the damage of my family life. I will explain the experiences in brief, which are as follows:

                    When i received the vehicle (Reg no - hr-38 z 4290) from revv driver agent, due to in hurry situation, i forget to check the pressure of all the wheel, i was so faith on revv that i didn't care for this matter, but this cause an accident, at uttarakhand, kotdwar, the right side of the rear wheel get burst suddenly and the handling of the vehicle became dis-balance and hit the right side of the road pillar, we are bless by the god and fortunately there was no vehicle coming from other side of the road in the opposite direction. I was completely shocked, because this was my 1st experience in my 8 years driving experiences, i drive so many hilly areas earlier. At that time there was no network coverage in that area so i couldn, t make a call to revv, but somehow with others help i manage to get one mechanic, by his help, could able to replace the wheel at that time he told this happened due to in proper air pressure condition. After that vehicle was driving condition and some scratches at the right side of the vehicle. Then after 10 to 15 km, i received network signal and immediately i called revv and i have gave entire information to abhishek, even i don't want to drive further with this vehicle, because revv unable to provide further support at the earliest and i thought i will leave the vehicle in that remote place, but due to lot of convince from abhishek, i decided any how i have to complete my journey and i started my journey again with a hope and trust with revv.

                    After that, anyway i completed the journey, but now i noticed that revv charging some penalty, which not at all acceptable for me and i am thinking to go court for the compensation for my entire family life. At present i have paid security deposit for rs.5000 and rs.2200.50 for fuel. Requesting you to refund the entire amount as early as possible.

                        Just don't know where to start from! Tired of inefficient and Unprofessionalism of this company. I had booked unboxed car i20 from them. The vehicle was sent to maintenance after the car met with accident with bent fender and Headlamp damage on 19th June 2019. Whenever I called them to know update, replies were like-parts are not available(which was blatant lie as I confirmed with superon Hyundai), And you will get a call within 10 minutes which I never got. Multiple mails and calls, and still now I don't have my car. I am not liable to pay for negligency on their part. The documents reached late at repair centre, the work started late, then even when the work was completed around 10days back, no one bothered to contact me. Why should I break my head for this. I will go for court case as it has caused me monetary as well as grievances due to non compliance of what they say. No way I can continue with this company where they take customers for fool or for granted. Very patiently i have watched their pattern of response which is pathetic. I am not going to pay any EMI and I need compensation for the distress caused. This is just not done. I am an orthopaedic surgeon and hardly get time to write such long paragraphs. Had to do it.

                          Rented a car from revv. Horrible state, unclean, engine light on. Talked with customer service multiple times and they did not do anything to help other than apologize. Car eventually broke down mid trip and they ask us to pay for tow and repair. Now they have sent an invoice with extra charges and are not refunding the security and fuel that they were supposed to. Horrible experience.
