I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Rhino Finance Pvt. Ltd. regarding their failure to update my loan status with TransUnion CIBIL and issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC), despite full repayment of the loan.

Issue Summary:
Despite my repeated efforts, the lender has failed to correct the inaccurate loan status reported to CIBIL. This has severely impacted my credit score...

In my cibil loan is showing with the name of Rhino finance which I have cleared long back

I have taken loan from smart coin I am attaching screenshot of smart coin loan details where I have paid all loans and there is no outstanding

My Pancard number is :-BQMPP0930P

Please check and remove that account from my all cibil report

I have taken loan from micro finance company and I forgot the company name now...however, I have already made the payment in May 2020. As per my cibil report only 6 loans are showing from Rhino Finance and I have already paid all the amount..6 payment transactions are showing in gpay account.. now in cibil 1 loan is showing active and when i asked Rhino Finance to update this they are asking me to pay that amont again..this is clearly a fraud...
