I had booked an airline ticket from del to fra on 09 april and then subsequently cancelled it. They debited rs. 24021 from my account for the ticket, after countless reminders to the airlines - ukraine international airlines i got a refund of only rs. 1500. The airline has clearly sent the following message to me:
According to the rules, the fare amount of your ticket[protected] agarwal/ashish is refundable with charge 150 eur....

I was booking air tickets from Mumbai to Lucknow for my family through Explocity. Explocity redirected me to the Riya travels website which repeatedly kept on crashing. I finally managed to book my tickets but because the website kept crashing so often, the date gets moved to some random computer generated one which is not the date I wanted to travel on.
