I am not satisfied with my first free car service because company charged me high payment for only engine oil. Even I don't know which engine oil they put in my car. I didn't see from where he take engine oil and they also not tell me any thing about engine oil. In front of me they put allready open engine oil. When I ask this is not packed or seal tight they told me that it's come allready how can I trust that they put good and new engine...

Bad service/ fake commitment

I have a WagonR vehicle that I bought from Rohan Motor Greater Noida. Just now I want to repainted a window and installation an AC condenser. I gave the car to Rohan Motors on 13 April 21, the body shop manager there said that this work will take 15-20 days. Is it okay that someone can leave a daily use car for 20 days for such a small task? Despite all this, I went to see the car after 10 days, I came to know that the car is still parked in the parking lot. On looking at the car, it was found that the front bumper of the car has broken and the reverse side window has been sent. When I ask about this, the consultant and manager say that if it's not the previous picture, we'll do it, we don't have a condenser right now. Today it has been 13 days, I do not know when and which condition I will get the car ???

Rusting Problem with my Brand new car 9 month old

I bought a car in Dec 2019 from Mr Neeraj of ROhan Motors Chatarpur. We got the car in Dec itself. From the date the car was purchased, it had problems all over. The paint on the roof and handle was getting out. Polishing of the car was faded. It started creating noise too. It has gone on servicing two times but its very surprising that no one has noticed the problems.
Now, two days back, i saw there is big patch of rusting in the chassis box. My question is in the use of 8 month, how come the chassis is rusted. It means you guys have fooled us by selling second hand car. I want the car to be replaced with the new one which i was committed to. You guys can see how many times i have raised complaints and your prior RM Abha was handling the complaints. I am paying you my hard earn money in monthly installments. I cannot leave this like that.
I need detailed and thorough examination of my car whether it is sold second hand or new. I have shown this car to many experts and no one said it a new car. The polish and the interior of the car is just dull and seems reworked.
Have a look in my complaint and get it resolved. I will be forced to put this on social sites and consumer forum of Rohan motors and Maruti.

booked celario month before still waiting...

I booked a commercial car (Celario tour) on 17 jan 2019, at the time of booking they committed to hand over car within 15 to 20 days.. I already waited more than a month... But still they are making excuse that maruti not delivering cars from their end.
Again i asked them for a date that would be relevant for them and me too. Rohan motors even not giving me a date when they can hand over me the booking.
Also the sales head saying this very casualy that they can't do anything and they will not give me any date... If i wish to cancel the booking they are happy to do so.. It looks they are very unprofessional.
I would only request to customers not to choose rogon motors if you are going to buy a car of maruti.

Not getting my car on time after booking

I booked a car on 29-Nov-2016 and was guaranteed to receive my specified car in mid of December. I also paid all booking fees you may also check the receipt attachment. But i was fakely promised all across the December even January & and now I am much angry about it. No more i want to get fooled by your fake promises. Please take some serious action as soon as possible.

I had very bad experience with Rohan Motors Greater noida. My car - Ciaz was given on 5th Nov 2016 for some repairing work (denting/painting). The car was delivered on 10th Dec'16 (after 1 month and 1 week). When I reached for delivery of he car - Washing and cleaning was not done at all. Although it was informed one day in advance. After lot of followup also, washing and cleaning of the car was not done properly. Nobody was taking ownership to take care of customer and delivering a product up to customer satisfaction. After waiting and following up for approx 3 hours, I had to left with washing and cleaning of the car. Do not ever visit Rohan Motors, Greater Noida for any work including new car purchase, unless you have no other option available. Very Bad Experience ! Won't recommend to anyone.

I called today almost 7 times at Rohan Motors Greater Noida on[protected] from 10am to 11:30am . My call picked up each time (except one or two times) in control room and transferred to body shop as per my demand. But all 7 times no one picked up my call. I called directly in body shop on[protected] but same problem no one picked. I have been told by control room that no one is present in body work shop at present you can call after some time but after an hour I called still same response I got.
What can I do for solving my issue.

DELAY IN REFUND
I had booked Maruti Ritz with Rohan Motors vide booking no. 92504745 on Sep 03, 2009. Due to delay in delivery after initial promises for delivery with 15 days, the booking was cancelled and accordingly request was placed with M/s Rohan Motors.
The request for refund of cheque for Rs.5000/- was given to the Showroom on Nov.26, 2009, along with original receipt. The acknowledgement is available with me.
Even, after expiry of more than one month, the cheque is still not processed.
Every time you call them up, some excuse or other is being given
The papers for refund were submitted to Mr. Deepak Sharma.
Will anyone look into this matter.

Breakage of Windscreen during Servicing
i gave my car WAGON-R Primea model for servicing to Rohan Motors, Noida on 18th May. While preparaing the Job Card, the representative from Rohan Motors - Mr. Om Vir Singh asked me if i had any specific complaints or concern from the car. As i rarely use my car - i did not have much to add so asked him to do a general servicing of the car and change all the necessary oils as this was teh first paid service after purchase.
After collecting the car in the evening i drove for about 1 km and noticed that the front Windscreen glass was cracked from the left for about 5-6 inches. i immidiatly went back to Rohan Motors and met Mr. Singh. To my surprise Mr. Singh very comfortable told me that this crack was there when i gave the car in the morning for servicing. On this i asked him that as a part of their duty they should clearly inform or bring to the notice of the owner of the car such a major damage before taking the car for servicing. He then showed me the job card wherein according to him he had made a"DOT" on the windscreen. I told him that this is not at all convincing and that this damage to the windscreen has been caused during the servicing, which he completly denied. As on my part i am very convinced that the damage was caused during servicing however there is no point arguing with them. Not sure if Maruti really looks into the services that the dealers provides plus the customer feedback.
i left the premises of Rohan Motors with disappointment and swore to never go back to them again. i am not sure how they can take the consumer / customer so lightly.

Rohan Motors — Poor body shop service
Dear Sir,I take reference to the services provided to me vide M/s Rohan motors on the acquiescence of my vehicle which had met a mishap on 22nd may 2010.
I got a first-rate treatment at the time of submission & paper work and was pretty predisposed that I might get my car on time i.e. within 8 to 10 days. My paper proceeding was done by Mr. Chaudhary & my contact person was Mr. Ramsagar.
To my revelation It took around 7-8 days (By 28.06.2010) for M/s Rohan motors to rope in the insurance surveyor (Mr. Lalit) & pull the vehicle inside the works. Additional, after another 10-12 days (by 07.06.2010) the personnel at Rohan motors informs me that the steering rod has been bent & cannot be mended; henceforth it is mandatory to replace it. Again it took 4 to 5 days for the body shop persons to arrange for the parts & indemnity survey (by 12.06.10).
Further after 8-10 days I was guaranteed that I shall be given my car utmost by 21.06.2010. I was called on 21st late afternoon at your works. On 21st evening I tried to contact people there but could not. On 22nd when I called Rohan motors then I was again promised that I would get the vehicle today & which was not completed, & moreover the case was lingered & lurked upon every day.
This strained me to lodge a grievance with Maruti customer care. To a bit respite, finally on Thursday Ms. Savita called me saying that you shall get your car positively by Thursday evening or on Friday evening. On Friday (25.06) I received a call from your works explaining me that the problem with the steering still persists & the Maruti is closed for 1 week. This bolt from the blue perhaps was the last straw to break the camels back.
Pl. take note that during this period the undersigned was in tremendous trauma & felt awfully harassed by the services provided by your association. The endurance level surpassed all confines. The huge amount of expenditure by booking taxi etc. (for a working engineer level like me) in lieu of travels added to the agony.
The level of negligence & laxity revealed by an esteemed organization like M/s Rohan motors which rules the Maruti sales in northern capitol Region & is known for its impeccable services is simply astounding and deplorable.
I have bled my hard earned money & been through aggravation which compels me to consult my lawyer. I believe this might be trivial & small issues for big player like yours & perhaps finally I may not get my dues, nevertheless I have faith in Rohan motors top Management & our constitutional rights.
P.S. I got no phone calls from your works during the above said period. It was the undersigned who always called to expedite.
Looking forward for a heartening response.
