Urgent Deduction in amount

Address:Room no. 04, Sai Darshan Rahivashi Sangh, Kanji Patel Chwal, Near Hanuman Galli, Kanjurmarg East, Mumbai-42

I was order a mobile phone and sent a payment through google pay to amazon on 26th Jan, 2021. The amount is paid by me successfully but they have not received a payment. Till now I will not received a refund of amount. The amount is 8, 999/-
