This is a scamming business that asked me to delete my review in a hope of a refund and has now confirmed that I will not be getting refund back to my OG mode of payment but credits.

My reason for return was poor quality fabric and quality of stitching. They have ignored my request and has openly challenged me to take to up with the authorities.

I have ordered the product but the product delivered was different. I returned the product but I have not received the refund amount and also no reply for the same.

What I feel and understand from this company is doing fraud with the customer and taking the payment and also taking the product and not refunding the amount.

There has to be a complaint about this Company FOR doing spam in INDIA.

I ordered track paint but cloth material is very cheap quality then after I returned request and blue dart agent came and take return after 20 days finished but still waiting my refund even many emails request for please reply when will get my refund...but they are not sending back any email and still not getting my refund.

I have returned the product [track suit], amount rs. 1975.00 vide order no 41642 and the company confirmed the return receipt on 27.05.2022, but till date i have not received the refund amt. Rs. 1975.00 though i have contact the company through email more than 4 times. I have also submitted my bank details during return process submission. Kindly look into the matter, so that i can get refund the amount rs. 1975.00 as early as possible

We bought one rain coat from romanonx.com but size not correct so we returned the product one month before they can get the product, but they didn't refund my money...

Sir it's been a one and half month now since I returned the product but no refund you are providing. Order I'd- 30801. It's high time now, you are taking advantage of my patience. The worst service I ever experienced. Now dont reply please wait for 10-15 days. You have to refund now itself.
Really ashamed of this.
You may be busy with your company and dont give attention to the customers like us.
I am not begging you I am just requesting you to return my money that's all.

Almost it has been more than a month now. since, I returned the product yet not got the refund.

I have ordered a romanonx neck warm cooler (pack of 4) at 1295rs. Got delivered on 13 November.
The product I received felt uncomfortable. so I thought of refunding back my money and i hav returned request the moment it delivered. But since 15-16 days passed they are showing no response for it. (This makes trust issues). So I request them to look after it and send back my money to the bank account number I gave.

This is to bring to notice that i placed an order for rain coat from Romanonx.com
They sent me the wrong size on 12th July so I initiated return for the same, the next day the item was returned, they claim they have free return and exchange and refund policy, the item was returned to them. But till date they haven’t refunded me or sent me a replacement size. (The correct size)
