I tried booking number plate for my vehicle but amount deducted but order not booked. I tried reaching them then they are constantly telling it will be auto refunded in 7-8 days.

We booked color coded sticker for our car DL8CAV0656 on 19th December. from bookmyhsrp.com. Company name: Rosmerta Safety Systems Pvt. Ltd. Order ID: STBMDL7C40BDB3-403C. We got an appointment date for 13th Feb, 2021 with time as 9AM - 1PM. We waited till 2 PM (though the appointment time was till 1PM) on 13th Feb but since we had to step out for an urgent work, we even called the HSRP helpline but they were unable to tell us when the delivery...

I had registered online for High security number plate for my vehicle DL3CBR2265. I had made the payment online itself. Details:

The number plate has not been delivered to the dealer "SHUBAN SAI HYUNDAI" till date (19-Dec-2020).

I have raised multiple complains on the helpline no: [protected] and through email [protected]@bookmyhsrp.com but no action seems to be taken.

Complaint number: BMH197571, BMH206822 and BMH219953 .

I also have email acknowledgement from the dealer dated 6-dec and 12-dec stating that they haven't yet received the number plate.
