We have ordered 1kg california Almonds on 29th october after making pre payment for RS 359/- through razar pay.
Till today the order no 2948 was not delivered and no response for my repeated mails Fit and Flexible complaint ID.
hence I request you to take an action to refund the amount to my bank account....

On Oct 25, 2021, I had ordered nuts worth Rs 728 and paid through G Pay Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd ( Royaliss Fit and Flexible [protected]) . Till date haven't received any of my ordered dry fruit....

I had ordered online Dryfruits-1)Cashews(240) 1 Kg 2)Anjeer-1 Kg-Total Amount-798/- through online mobile and paid through RazorPay/Royaliss/Surat Amount-798/- Axis Bank Debit Card on 30/10/2021.
it has been a week since I made online payment, No intimation from the Co regarding delivery nor any correspondences
Seems to be fake online site, but how come they have tied with Razor pay having dealings with major banks to authenticate...

On 12 Oct 2021, I had ordered nuts worth Rs 3990 and paid by credit card through Razorpay Ihad received a confirmation with payment id:

I had ordered dry fruits from a company named Royaliss nuts store shop and paid amount of rupees 1197 through net banking on 7 th October, order no 1725.But to my surprise the next day they deleted their website and I had been scammed....
