I have registered for auto payment for recharge of my mobile [protected] on 17 th march 2019 as it was going to expired on 19 th march 2019 and i was not sure about autopay i by myself recharge my mobile through jiopay by phonepayapp through my hdfc credit card on 18th march 2019
But when i got my cards statement on 3rd april 2019 i found that 399 was debited on 18th for reliance jio infocom mumbai and again 399 was debited by rpsl...

On 19.05.2017 some amount was transferred from my sbi credit card to the above mentioned wallet service. But since then i have not found any sign of the transferred amount. I want a refund of the amount which has been debited to my credit card but have not used in any way. The amount which has been misappropriated is quite substantial in thousands
