Sir, I won 12000 rupees from rummy glee and when I withdrawed it from the app to my bank .they failed the transaction and I didn't received money but the money were deducted from my wallet .so my request is I want my money back in my bank as soon as poss1

Money dedudted from my bank account total of 1301 but chip not credited and my bank says that reciever has recieved money and its been more then five days today and customer care does not reply on my query and my bank says that payment has recieved by them

I have been using this Rummy Glee application to play various attractive games by adding my money from my bank account and even I have added a bank account to this application called Rummy Glee to withdraw money but it doesn't work while withdrawing also. They have cheated do enquiry and give them a severe punishment

I had withdrawn the money on 27th may. Today is 30 date of may. And still pending my withdrawal.My game id is 3655418.

I am sending a screen shot of your rules question number 15 where is clearly mentioned this if you did not receive your withdrawal after 72 hours, your withdrawal returned to your game account .

So please follow your rules.. And returned my money in game wallet i weighted a lot..
