On the night of February 12th, 2024, I engaged in gameplay on Rummy Grand, adhering to their terms and playing responsibly. However, during my session, I encountered severe technical glitches that disrupted the game's integrity and fairness.

Despite my attempts to navigate through these issues, the glitches persisted, resulting in significant losses. Throughout this ordeal, Rummy Grand's customer care remained unresponsive, exacerbating my frustration and leaving me with no avenue for resolution.

These technical glitches not only compromised my gaming experience but also undermined the trust and confidence I had in Rummy Grand's platform. The lack of transparency and accountability on their part further exacerbates the situation.

Given the circumstances, I demand a full refund of the funds lost due to these technical glitches and suspected unfair practices. This app is purely fraud app as while withdraw account blocked suddenly and they even not respond anyway they even not having at least contact numbers or Adress pure fraud app with looting people money I lost lacs in this app and they blocked my 4 lacs pls do needful for me on this

This app is pure fraud app as we can deposit and play but when we keep withdrawal they will block our account as they need loot our money and fraud app don’t have contact number and no response on chat my account having 4.13 lacs uid 29024778 which is my amount pls help me on this to recover my amount

My account blocked having 4lacs above in my account I have deposited and played almost from three months ago I lost so much but I won some of it as it went to 4.13 lacs and I have kept withdrawal suddenly my account blocked and they are not responding at least in chat as they don’t have support number and Adress this is pure fraud app and my uid 29024778 as this type of apps must ban

My account blocked they don’t have customer care number to talk via chat they are not responding timely saying your account blocked of irregular and abnormal gaming behaviour. I found online most players who won and put withdraw in this app got blocked without reason. Even they are not giving clear info why account blocked.

I deposited amount and played games like all apps but here I win some games and lost some games and I tried to make withdrawal up to withdrawal nothing as same as all rummy apps, now after withdrawal they blocked and saying irregular and abnormal so blocked I didn’t understand that I asked what is this they even don’t have no reply other than this.. in my account I have 74000 so they intentionally want to loot money so blocked my account it was very clear and they don’t have contact number don’t have office address and don’t have any mail I’d all are fake which was mentioned

This is pure cheating and operated by the people who are working there as i will keep recordings and screenshot of cheating as I am complaining so I need support from who lost in this site in cheating manner i have kept small example of screenshot pls check that pls check below screenshot as game was finished but it shows 13 points and another thing is game was finished but player not closing to save other person what clear cheating this but no action and no reply from support

This site is online rummy site where they established to only cheating u can deposit and lose how much u can but once u keep withdrwal they will block ur account without any reason and they will not unblock again how cheating this this site must be banned as cheating like anything openly for this site no customer support in phone no mail id nothing I searched this company all fake adress and fake office adress

Hi I played by depositing money in rummy grand and i placing withdrwal they blocked my account suddenly and saying silly reason as abnormal and irregular what does it mean I dnt know but clearly they wanto loot money and cheat people clearly
