Sir. Me and my friend played rummy culture game. We didn't played fair game. But you blocked my money. Daily iam calling to your customer care services. They are not responding properly. Daily they telling wait 24hrs . Your money will credited to you r account in 24hrs . But the money was not crediting. Till 15 days my money was not credited. I want my money back soon. And pls respond me fast

Iam playing this game repeatedly to gain the amount which I lost previously.
Since 15 days I lost 1 lakh amount approximately.I played in[protected] and lost near 3-4 lakhs. Not getting exact game plan of this site. Loosing more amount I am thinking this is fraud game.even I complaint to concerned person in rummyculture.please take action and try to refund my amount.Iam financial crisis at present .please do the needful

This is rajkumar and yesterday (24/09/2020) trying to added some 50rupees in rummy culture but it takes 5000 rupees from my account, it's very unfair when i called to customer care support they will angry on me and they were not support i've talk i need that amount back it's very emergency please do the needful

Rummy culture is a very cheating and fraud online gaming.. it is totally controlled by their backend team. From starting only the was fixed. And if you playing genuine also they will not let you to win. Either they give all worst cards or they will disconnect your signal. Maximum they follow the second rule only. You can observe the signal issue in this site frequently. And come to customer care the worst customer service in the world. They are very rude and they don't even know how to handle the customer. If you send mail also you will not get any proper reply. You will get only templet reply. So plz take action on this site. Because of these sites so many people loosing their hard earn money.

I was pkaying online games in rummyculture.com... List so much money. Suddenly blocked my account and holded my funds also... I can only contact them through mail. Blocked calling also. Responded by mail as they need 60 days to resolve. Please help

I am new user to rummy culture
I have first time added such high amount 25 k on rummy culture after adding amount rummy culture deducted 4 k amount when I asked reason they said I have joined pool of 4k rupees as I was new I haven't played more than 500 RS pool and they are saying I have joined game 4 k ripped
So I asked in detailed they said that you have disconnection and didn't done any move in that game I mail them again because I haven't joined that game I was not aware of that thing
Now in other mail they are saying u have done initial drops now they are changing there statement but I have mails as proof .
So I wanna file legal complaint against them for account deduction, carring fraud activity, time wasting,
Also not support from customer care.

I want whole refund that amount plus wastage of precious time in communication with them on mails and on calls .

This is a fraudulent site. Kindly don't play in this website. I am telling u all rummy players from my personal experience. This could be be the latest posting 8/6/2020. They fill-up players autobots to cheat us.in my entire life i have not come across such a filthy fraudulent #. I wonder how these kind of frauds are allowed to go scot free. It rarely gives u minimum money to gain confidence, eventually we will loose lakhs of rupees. If any one knows how to get these #s arrested, let me know. I will support you. Their mothers will die in shame, to have yielded these lowly life's. I don't want to curse their children.

In the 36 members tournament group of frauds are joining and helping to win one person.i relaeased this in playing 3 tournaments with entry amount 100 and 250. Please dont play the tournament with low percent of participation.i have proofs also.just before the person winning group of people are delcaring wrong from the beginning of 1 deal onwards

Though it is not in playstore, i played this game and i have lost in thousands, the algorithm written is to steal your money, they make you win and lose based on probability. This is insane to people and loosing the money in rummyculture application. I also played in ace2three and others, all are cheating apps. I request government to close all betting and cheating apps and advertisement in any other tv, app, website. Please close this cheating apps.

Am using the very latest version of the mobile app. I just came out from the table before the game start, amount not credited back to my account and even i checked under my games, i didn't seen any active games that time and in later two minutes i called to customer care and reported the problem. Even your customer care representative unable to see any of my active games, that is why he asked me to drop email with the problem i faced, i sent. If you dis trust or disagree on this with me, you can check your call history and even you guys recorded the call for the better assistance, you can go through it, so that you will get the clarification in it. You mentioned in the previous email very clearly that i was dropped all the games, if i really joined the game or if i see any active game under my games then at least one game i may play but as you said all games are dropped. It's clearly fair enough to say there is something wrong in the software or mobile app, which you guys placed in app store.

Kindly look at the below details one more time and make the statement whatever it make sense.
1. When did i join the game
2. When did i call to customer care and reported
3. When did i sent the email for the same

4. If i really joined the game then why your customer care representative unable to find any active game?
5. If he finds it then he would not as me to drop email rather he should inform me to continue the game.

6. If it really bot going to solve i will file consumer complaint in consumer court. I just need confirmation on can i file the case or not.

My 14 laks is loss also i can earn money in future..Either this people giveback my wife or they giveback my son mother..My son was 2 years old what he know in this world...Mywife is alone while i am went to office...She was very nice women to taking her family..This rummy culture people are killed my wife...i am filling the case against threm.as my wife died decleration letter and complant yet to file in the local policestation..I am waiting for this six month how they are looting money ..Myself also added a cash almost 10 lakh in last five month how they are cheating..for collecting the doucement and every game in video recorder..I will not live u rummyculture peoples..

I transferred 2000. Due to name mismatch which happened accidentally.. It got credited to my account and again bank returned it saying name mismatch..
