I played Rummy culture game adding Rs 3000

And I won total amount 24890 around

And they suddenly blocked my account without any reason

I wait from august 2022

I wait morethan 180 days but

I contacting them every time but no one reply me till today

Hello sir my user name picthakaran and mail id [protected]@gmail.com my account was blocked by doing violence say from support and i don't i do any violence from our team but no reply it's take 180days for investigation and i add cash 3times by using wifi when i have no data so i using wifi after my account was blocked what is this silly reason for blocking son of picth your really pulling my money after then you blocking my account...

The games in this websites are totally fraud. I have lost more than 1 cr. Atleast now I have opened my eyes about these people. I think this type of websites are encashing the mindsets of young investors and young enthusiasts who work at a particular workplace where they can't go outside and work for extra hours. They think they can earn by sitting at one place. So what we can do is, we can't go legal way as government has given them permission...

This type of fraud going on in this game two to three players joint the game at one table and playing fraud game like leaving card to each other and keeping less point or showing wrong game

I thing government must stop this type of fraud game
They can joint by video from different location also and joint the same table at the time...

Kyc should be verified with adress proof and I'd proof .they only allows by using pan card.no address proof is required .how government is allowing without complete kyc...

They suspended my account without any reason, when i called them... Its not allowing me to talk to customer care executive.

They literally cheating many players and robbing money from their accounts.

Im unable to withdraw my funds which are present in my account.

This should not happen to anyone... Please take a serious action on this site.

Hi, these sites are dealing in pure gambling, and it's a surprise they are working smoothly, and are banned in 5 states, but it should be banned in all the states especially this site should be banned coz they dony3care about their customers at all, they don't even care whether the other person dies, they intentionally mentally harassing me, please please reach thia complaint to the concerned government department, and help all such sites...

My user if is gs2311 i asked rummyculture that why i am getting knocked out in each and every game at certain stage they didn't answer me i was knocked out in each every game i get worst cards to play the game i told them its not practically possible why this happened every time, but they are ignoring me i ask something is wrong so they blocked me from customers support team because i ask them some question about fair play their is something...

I deposited 100 rupees..& played 50rupees deals rummy twice..
