Dear sir,

I have purchased a mobile from saasna.com on 6999.00. I have paid amount thorough debit card. After few days i have called to know about the status of my order. They have cancelled and write as under:
Dear customer,

Your order has been cancelled due to undeliverable shipping address.

Send your bank account details with order invoice

Account holder name
Bank...

I had paid rs.10, 999/_ through net banking to purchase asus make zenfone max pro m1 mobile. However since the phone was not delivered within 4-10 days, saasna.com cancelled the order themselves. After that they asked for bank details for refund which were provided along with order invoice (No. In000268 dt 12/09/2019). But still date i have not received the refund. I had send the details through whatsapp (Phone no. On website given was [protected] registered in the name of anand v) as well but no reply.

I would like to say the followings for your an earliest action. As per the selling process of the above item from the above co./firm i 'd paid rs. 7837.00 on 4.5.2019 through debit card but on contact it is reported as the item is not available in stock and approved for refund which will be reflected to my a/c within 2 days although lapsed 4 days i'm not getting refund of the same.
You are therefore requested to kindly take a positive step to get my refund at an earliest.
