I received a text messsage from Sagar Ratna about Winter Carnival Offer: Buy 1 Get 1 Free on south indian and chinese food. So I visited the restauraunt and wished to order dosa and enquired about the offer. I was told that the offer was on home delivery only. But there was no such information given in the text message. I had visited Sagar Ratna IN NIT 1, Faridabad on dt 22.01.2015 as charges ad quantities do not match . Charges are too high according to the prices and quantity is very less. Means in vegetables, its not even for two members. Charges are high even taxes paid are also very high. On my amount of rs 1465, I am paying Rs 265 as taxes with ttal amount of Rs 1730. This is to complaint against Sagar Ratna, Amar Colony Market, Lajpat Nagar-IV. They are overcharging the price of diet coke then MRP. It is clearly printed on the can of Diet Coke MRP Rs25 but they are charging Rs40 and giving the bill as well. As per my knowledge if these chains sell the product for higher prices there is specific prices printed on the product which are specially packed for them.
