Poor quality of food is served at DLF Food Court Saketl.Sambhar, Chatuney even coffee is of poor quality against transaction no 137728/29 at 5.00 pm on 4jan.2016.

I received a text messsage from Sagar Ratna about Winter Carnival Offer: Buy 1 Get 1 Free on south indian and chinese food. So I visited the restauraunt and wished to order dosa and enquired about the offer. I was told that the offer was on home delivery only. But there was no such information given in the text message. Finally I had to pay for all. I felt too disappointed for the false promises made.

Day before yesterday i have ordered at sagar ratna, Shoprixx mall, Sector-61, Noida. The charged me 550-600 and gave me all the which i have thrown in the dustbin, This is bring in your kind information that your restaurant won't be able to survive in NOIDA and i promice you that, the packaging container are of such a bad quality that evan of a dhaba wala uses better and even the packaging of thalis, they have packed in such a way that i was not able to open it... when i tried a bit hard it got spiled. I won't be odering again you guys take all that in your , i have reported about the quality of sagar ratna to one of my friend who is food inspector in U.P. will now show you the quality of a complaint by a common man. Will spread all over wherever possible that this restaurant is the worst.

I went to sagar ratna sector-6 dwarka, at 9.30 in night. I orderd dosa after few minutes they informed me dosa cant be made. They told me no south Indian food is available except idli. Nad asked me tp order chineese food in sagar ratna. At 9.30 peal time for dinnr i m asked to order chinnese fopd im south indian speaclist restaurant. M stunned. N they attitude of staff was more amusong. Instead of apologizing they were busy giggling. They have spoiled the well established brand. Outlets like rajouri and ashoka are working hard to build and carrying brand name and this outlet is just destroyimg. And otherwise quality offeted in this outlet is pathetic. Food is stale and tastelesa. Infact they use rotten food for prepratipn. Very disappointed. I want strict action to be taken.

I am a resident of Jail Road. Already there are lot nuisance on the road in front of Furniture market and now it becomes impossible for us to even walk due to placement of Restaurant Ad Boards(Sagar Ratna) on the pathway by mindless Restaurant owners. The bikes and cars parked in front of the shop already makes us walk on the main road which in turn puts our lives in danger due to fast running vehicles on the road. I request you to please get at least the passage clean for the us to walk on it. Hope you have a look in the problem and early resolution is expected. Thanks.

Today i visited sagar ratna bareilly at phonex mall. i ordered a papad, it smeeled like a rotten rat. i also orderd a sambhar it to smelled awful. Even the onions they served us were just smelly and tasted rotten. I had told the retaraunt personel 3 times each time i visited the place about the degarding quality of food being served but it seems they paid a deaf ear. Today's experience was horrible . I want every possible action taken by the right authorities to check for the compromising quality of food being served here.

Its shame for Sagar Ratna that one of their outlets in Raipur, Chhattisgarh does not put on the AC's even in 40 degree temperature. It was a Sunday Afternoon, felt like having south Indian food.. Went with my family to Sagar Ratna Telibandha Branch at Raipur, Chhattisgarh. It was shocking.. After entering the restaurant we really felt like Oven, because the kitchen is inside the restaurant with the glass wall. They have installed pedestal fans near every table.. On asking the manager he says cost cutting ..Pathetic. People like this should not be given franchise, They not only give a bad name to the brand but also spoil customers day.

Sagar Ratna joint at Saket City Hospital, Delhi- u can compare the coffee with a railway station 5Rs coffee, its just a boiled water, & essence of coffee but comes at a cost of Rs 65, dont know why Sagar Ratna is killing its brand by opening so many franchises when they cant maintains a quality which they had once.bad experience, really...

Yesterday on 07th July 15 i had visited the Sagar Ratna frazer road dakbanglow outlet for diiner ordered for 1 muuter masroom, panir butter mashala and 1naan masroom was black dut to old, panir was not up to the quality and both the dish was made in same gravy, i had told about this the person who was serving but he just shrugged his shoulders. Even it was dirty and dirt and used tissues was seen all over the place. They will not take a charge for food i want bill but they refuse to deliver the same.Time was around 10.20 pm regards Ashish Kumar [protected]

yesterday i.e on[protected] I along with my family visited sagran ratna, mohan co-operative Mathura road at 2130 hrs. I ordered for six masala dosas, Waiter replied It will take one hour to serve as samber got finished. Then even than we decided to order & told wait for 1 hour. Then I ordered three Dahi vada & one Ghobi mancurian to pass the time.When we were taking this food just after 5 minutes Waiter came & said samber is ready. Then I orderd three Masala dosas .Waiter brought the dosa's with cold samber & without tomato chatni (yellow). I asked waiter why samber is cold when u have prepared just now within 5 minutes. Moreover Poato sabzi in dosa's were just one spoon.Again I told the waiter why it is so. I have taken masala dosa so many times in sagar ratna.But this type of behavior of waiter & quality of food is not expected from a big brand. The waiter was not interested to serve the food.As they have to close the restaurant. Food quality not so good as I expected with this brand. Service is very poor all the time. I visited 3-4 times, since no other option available nearby. They dnt give tissue paper, dnt offer water and even dnt give complete order. "They give dosa but chatni was finished...at afternoon...?" I don't recommend this Sagar Ratna

I had visited Sagar Ratna IN NIT 1, Faridabad on dt 22.01.2015 as charges ad quantities do not match . Charges are too high according to the prices and quantity is very less. Means in vegetables, its not even for two members. Charges are high even taxes paid are also very high. On my amount of rs 1465, I am paying Rs 265 as taxes with ttal amount of Rs 1730. Service is also too poor.

Yesterday on 7.10.14 i had visited the Sagar Ratna Pitampura outlet for lunch and ordered for 1 masala dosa and 1 plain dosa. sambhar was stale, dosa was awful and masala was tasteless. i had told about this the person who was serving but he just shrugged his shoulders. Even it was dirty and dirt and used tissues was seen all over the place. I had paid 278 Rs. i left the bill their only in the bill cover, because disturbed totally. Sagar Ratna Mohan Cooperative Branch Manager Yogesh Kumar denied providing duplicate copy of bill receipt despite repeated requests, As per him it is not possible to provide duplicate copy of the bill in case if you are asking for the same after few days of bill generation and his behaviour towards consumers was rube and irritating, at times he was shouting as well and used harsh words against us. He also informed us that all the previous data till 31 march have been deleted from the system. It is really disappointing on part of Sagar Ratna that a person in capacity of Manager is handing the customer in such a ridiculous way, I want stringent action against the manager so as to set up an example before others that this behaviour is not acceptable in any case. This is to complaint against Sagar Ratna, Amar Colony Market, Lajpat Nagar-IV. They are overcharging the price of diet coke then MRP. It is clearly printed on the can of Diet Coke MRP Rs25 but they are charging Rs40 and giving the bill as well. As per my knowledge if these chains sell the product for higher prices there is specific prices printed on the product which are specially packed for them. So please register a complaint against this outlet and take the best possible action against this.
