The sahakari bhandar at mazgaon, mumbai, MUMBAI takes the delivery charges bit fails to do so at the given time. When the delivery boy is tried to contact on[protected] the call is not received. Whereas the store manager replirs that the boy is not also responding to his call also. Kindly take the necessary action on the guilty.

I was at vile parle west branch the cashier is done mistake in bill when i gone to ask the guy was told me (Tere baap ka raj hai kya tere hisab se chalu) and abusing me what the hell is going on in sahakari bhandar. Plz i request you sahakari bhandar choose a best staff who respect costomers.

I have been visiting your shop at lic colony karnataka bank bldg for the last 10 years. I was retired recently. To my utter dismay the products which are at display are not informed to us and if enquired nobody including manager is not available to explain. Many staff members hiding from view and are not available for locating the product.in many cases sale of two products with different flavours gives buy one get one free choice is not given to choose one from each flavours as the value is the same sans logic. Some staff members refrain talking and disinterested to promote sales which is awful. I think the branch should be overhauled and immediate.

Mazgon store manager is very busy don’t have time to talk to customers on phone due to the Coustomer he is there as manager and staff are very rude please teach them how to talk to Coustemercare they think as if they are doing obligations on Coustomer

I called the store and found out my order was cancelled by the manager stating the order is cancelled as i tried to refund some material previously.

Hi i had given order on 1 dec at 10 am shakari bhandar near jain mandir.. The concerned authority had told us that it will reach us by 2 dec morning.. We waited till night because the said it is on the way and will be delivered at night.. Because of which we couldn't go out.. We are working people n had asked them to deliver on sunday being a holiday i. E dec 2.. But it wasn't delivered that day.. Next day monday 3 dec i had to take leave...

spoiled milk sold in sahakari bhandar

My mother bought milk packets from your sb store in agar bazaar, dadar when kept for boiling the milk was spoiled when i went to your sb store to return ur staff mr akshay said that it was due to our niglegince we should have checked the date of manufacturing later he claimed that how can he trust that the milk was spoiled and how can he trust that the milk was bought from him even though i had bill as well as the spoiled milk with me i hope you will take this into consideration as soon as possible as. As this was 4th time that it happened..

rude behaviour of staff

Recently i visited sahakari bhandar, mira road branch. I went to purchase rice and asked one of the staff regarding rice quality. He didn't replied regarding the quality of rice, whether it was new or old rice. My wife told me to take old rice, i asked him whether it was old rice or new rice. He didn't replied at all, instead keep arguing by saying he is attending another customer. I told him you attend another customer but atleast say whether rice is old or new? How much time does it take to reply, yes its old or no its not old rice.
I had been shopping/buying things from big bazaar, d-mart, reliance fresh etc to name few. Since, sahakari bhandar, mira road is near by to my home, i started buying from there. But this time of rudely/unfriendly behaviour with customer. Though loosing one customer might not be big deal for you, but i swear, i will never visit/buy any of the sahakari bhandar ever nor will let my other relative to buy from there.
I am just writing you because you should correct staff so that you don't keep loosing customer like these wherein may super-markets keep coming day-in and day-out.

On June 30, 2019 I had purchased monthly grossary at Sarkari Bhandar at Matunga. I peel of the raper and found fungus on chees. Before I brought it. I checked the mgf date and it was manufactured just before a month I am disappointed with it...

This is for the jain temple outlet. Bought 2 coconuts from the outlet and when came home, both were sans coconut water. When raised a complaint with the mngr mr. Mitesh, he refused to accept and used abusive language with my father, a senior citizen. Will be posting the same message on social media as well and expect the concerned authorities to take some serious action....

I am aghast to inform the service of sahakari bhandar jain mandir branch chembur, mumbai. The staffs have an extremely laid back attitude and unprofessional way of delaying customer on taking orders. While on a call they check inventory and waste time. They promise a time of delivery and don't keep to it. Also the lady on duty after 5.15 pm was extremely rude and she disconnected the call.

On 22/12/2017 friday 11:30 at anushaktinagar branch of sahakari bhandar
I took single item "icecream of family pack"
There was only one counter and hence i requested to make a bill of my single item as it was perishable.
I am told to stand in a que and later they started opened counter.
I am surprised of all this situation as there was only one counter kept open?
Can any body answer or this staff no longer wants to survive?

I am visiting today at Sahkari bandar nalasopara West Branch for monthly shopping, got the expired gowardhan milk packet. They are selling the expired gowardhan milk packet.i want strong action against this.

On sunday 15-october_2017 i did purchasing at sahakari bhandar (Agar bazar branch, dadar west, s. K. Bole road). I went on first floor to pay the bill for the goods i had purchased. Two people were before me in que. When my turn came i kept the basket on the billing desk. While the lady started to scan my goods, i asked her where can i get napkins. She directed. I told her to continue and will be back before she finishes scanning. When i returned i saw she had kept my basket on the floor and was preparing billing for another lady. Her basked was full of many things and would have taken time. I asked her how can she stop my billing and take somebody else. She said you left to buy more things. I told her that i had told her to continue my billing. I left my basket as it is and left the mall.

I had visited the sahakari bhandar store (Store no 3119) at agar bazar, prabhadevi on 30th sep 2017 at 10:00 am and attempted to do my billing at 10:30 – 10:40 am.
I was serviced by cashier – 69920613 and my bill no is 30.
I had attempted to buy 3 x 1 skus of domex lemon (Toilet flush tablets) till i noticed that 2 packs were of 2017 manufacture, while 1 pack was of 2010 manufacture.
I had to show them the skus dates to which the manager insisted that they could carry the stock for 18 months, until she looked closely and found that the stock was 6 years old. She then claimed that she was unaware of the legal metrology act.
How can you run a store and not be clear on the mrp laws or the weights & measures guidelines?

Extremely poor service

I placed my order and applied discount coupon and then wanted to reschedule delivery of my order. The telecaller without informing me cancelled my order and then later told me they cant use discount coupon as its already used on my phone. Then she asked for my alternate no and wen denied assured me my order will be delivered but delivery never came. LATA and SANIKA Were extremely rude and unprofessional and started screaming over the phone and refused to even provide me with mail id for filing written complaint. Company ia providing discounts for getting xustomers to try their home delivery service and this is the way the tele callera behave. Another telecaller who refused to give her name even abused and hung up on client...i dont know how a company can survive with this service

I, Mrs. Nirupama Amol Jayakar, residing at Portuguese Church, Dadar west and a very regular customer of SB, Agar Bazar. I have been getting a facility of Home delivery Van system by paying Rs.30/- from last 2+ years. I am staying on hardly 2 minutes away by vehicle on the 2nd floor and whenever I take home delivery driver himself carry bags to my house.
Yesterday, 3rd August, 2016 I shopped for Rs.2650/-, after my billing I got the Van for Home Delivery, the drivers name Ali, denied to carry my bags to the 2nd floor. He started arguing with me for 20/25 minutes, that we are drivers and this is not our job, whoever is doing that "unhone ye buri aadat daali hai". I called your SB shop and after long argument with them they arranged a person all the way from the shop.
As I came to know yesterday it is not home delivery its a HOME DROP, kindly clarify the actual policy as in the beginning it was clearly a home delivery. Here we are paying Rs.30/-, which is actually a free home delivery practice from years by the local Baniya.
Hope to hear from you ASAP as I normally visit twice in a month.

I am regular Sahakari bhandar customer who use to buy grocery majorly from them but during this lockdown period these guys are just doing disgusting work... Not having cashless payment option and entire MIRA ROAD sahakari bhandar has only one card swipe machine which is not working since 1 year to take card payment on home delivery and this pandemic when my mother place the order for grocery online they first agree to send the swipe machine for payment when after placing order we dont receive the order and call them again then they said borrow money from your friends and neighbor in cash as we are not able to accept card payment.
Are you guys playing with your customer and fantastically when we said we dont have cash with us then till now whenever my mother call from her number to place request for home delivery the call get disconnected after hearing the registered mobile number.
I will not suggest to buy anything from them who doest not value someone time and effort in this situation.

I had purchased Apple Washington from your store at Gokuldam East @rs 195 a kg. on 06 sep 2015
The apples were very neat and clean and shining. When I reached home my wife informed me that these apples are coated in wax. I checked and found that she was right.
When we go to Sahakar bandar we go with a confidence that what ever is available there at least there is no cheating. This incidence has shaken my confidence in Sahakar bhandar. I still have a quarter of a kilo apples in my house. Can you do something.can I return these to the store.

Cci s6 mugs spice charged wrongly

I purchased the various items from Sahakari Bhandar, Anushakti Nagar-400094 on[protected] and did the payment in cash of Rs. 549/- at around 16:42:22 p.m. The box containing the mugs was on the discount counter, where a yellow label was stick with a information on it, stating that the box containing 6 mugs is for Rs. 79/- (SB Price) instead of Rs.199/-. There were around 40-50 box with full of different type mugs. I choose one of the box from that counter. While doing the payment of the stuff, I also informed the cashier regarding the discount scheme related to the mugs. Unfortunately, after paying the bill, I didn't check the receipt of the itemised bill, which I should must do that time. The mugs are charged for Rs. 199/- instead of Rs. 79/- (SB Price). In the evening at 19.00.00 p.m., I went to the Sahakari Bhandar, Anushakti Nagar where I took the mug set along with me. I contacted the person on the exit door, who stamped on the itemised bills while leaving the store. I spoke to him regarding the matter and he told me that I should come on next day, because the counter person arranging the discount counter and the manager, both of them are not present now. That's why I am taking a decision to meet them next day in the morning.
It was my duty to bring to your notice, the incident which is showing that till now how many customer are being looted by this manner ?
You are hereby requested to look into this matter and spread the justice with kind and proper decisions.

Non delivery of purchases made even after 24 hours

I had on 6th May 2013, made purchases of 35 items worth Rs. 2860/- at LIC Branch, Borivli West. I was told that delivery will be done the next day after 5.00 pm onwards. I have been waiting at home since the past 3 hrs and no delivery is done despite lapse of 24 hrs.
When I called the Borivli Branch in charge, he cooly said that he will deliver tommorow i.e..8/5/13 Does it take more than 24 hrs to deliver the goods. What kind of service do you provide. Very very disgusting. In today's competitive world, when other outlets and stores provide delivery within 2-3 hrs, here is one of your dept stores who does not bother to deliver despite lapse of 24 hrs.
I am a working professional. To take delivery today, I stayed back at home. Now again tomm. i leave all my jobs and sit at home for the deliverY.

Today on 25 Mar 2012 i shopped at Sahakari Bhandar. I bought 2 packs of mammy poko pants size M 44 pack which was kept on separate counter among other offer items against the original price of Rs.499. On checking the bill after reaching home I realised that I've being not offered the said offer price ... On calling them the reply was that the offer period is over and hence they charged me the full amount and a sorry that such mistakes wont be repeated again.....
1.But does this justify my woes as a shopper who blindly believes on what the store has to offer??????
2.How can I get my money back????????

shampoo bottle was half empty

Dear sir
I am a regular customer of Sahakari Bhandar for the coloba post office branch ,my account no [protected]. I had picked up a Garnier fructis kids strawberry shampoo for my daughter with couple of other things .But when i reached home my daughter wanted to see the colour of the shampoo so she opened the bottle and we discovered that the shampoo was less .
I quickly went to the store to exchanged the bottle and speak about the same but the store head Mr B R Kadam abused me by calling me a cheater and that I have got the old bottle from the house in front of lot of customers in the store .
I have left the bottle at the existing store .
I have never felt like this before in my life .It was an embarrassing situation for me . I am really hurt by the same .

I bought my regular groceries at Sahakari Bhandar Bandra on Saturday they promised to deliver it on Sunday evening but when I called to check on Sunday they said it will be delivered on Monday, They did not even take the trouble of informing us that it not be delivered on Sunday. The attitude of the employees there is so pathetic they work as if they are doing a favour on you by being there. Absolutely rude and insensitive staff,

Wrong billing

I purchased some vegetables from Sahakari Bhandar, Anushaktinagar. Their staff made the mistake of billing potatoes (@20/- kg) as onions (@55/- per kg). I came to know this when by chance I had a look at the bill at home. I went back to the Sahakari Bhandar and I could get the refund amount but I did not get what I expected most; A sincere 'Sorry' from the management. (Manager Mr. Shinde). People should check their bills properly as this kind of mistakes I have heard from other friends also.

out of purchased material, it was noticed that the weight of the packet was 250gm and label was pasted of 500gm
in fact when i picked up this culprit packet salesman told me price will be charged of 250gm
finally on the cash counter the bill was charged of 500gm of this packet.
I shall alert all of you buyers please DONT go to this market and always give second thought.

I Mr Subhajay a resident of Wadala had bought the Cinthol Deo Cologne soap at shakari Bhandar Matunga[protected],24039435 on 6th july at rate of Rs 60/ the sales women at the counter persuded me saying there is surprise prizes to be won after you open the wrapper,in one wrapper I won Rs 10/ discount on purchase of Cinthol deo spray 200ml MRP Rs150/, I took the wrapper & bill to the manager of shakari Bhandar Matunga to get my discount,I use Cinthol deo spray as my preffered brand,the manager in shakari Bhandar Matunga was very rude knowing that I am one of the oldest customer & roughly without offering help said that Godrej company has not intimated about this prize,I asked him then how you are selling & how can I take this bill to other shop whereas I have the bill of hakari Bhandar Matunga,these people are cheating & treating customers badly,I am also general secretary of youth congress Wadala,I will take my case to party & consumer court too,even if its a small amount,but buisness ethics should be maintained,Today is 31/7/2010 is the last date of the offer,I had gone for the offer on 30/7/2010 evening time & badly treated by manager.Please take the action against shakari Bhandar Matunga.

I totally agree with Mr Subhajay about the manager's attitude at SahakariBhandar Matunga branch.There is no air conditioner on and the place is without even fans.Customers have to wait in long queues at the billing counter.Staff just giving flimsy reasons for non working of air conditioner.They can forget to pass you freebees, but they never forget to charge you rs 4 each for carry bags.If complaints written in the complaint book, i think manager never bothers to go through them.Hopeless services provided.

Amount Debited Twice on credit card

I have made a purchase on 19 April 2010 from Sahakari Bhandar. On checking my creddit card details on the internet, it was notice that Sahakari Bhandar has charged the amount twice on my credit card. I have inform & also submited an application regarding the same. I have made several followup's at the H.O. office & also at the Audit Department but till date the amount has not been reversed back to my credit card.

Reliance Retail (Sahakari Bhandar) Sahi Price, Sahi Quality aur thodisi Beimaani
This is to report manipulation in one of the "FREE" offers. I purchased a large size HIT on which Dettol hand soap worth Rs.55/- was given free. At any store, all purchases are shoved inside bags at cash counters. On reaching home, I found the "FREE" dettol was worth Rs.45/- not 55/- as promised. When I contacted the retailer (Sahakari Bhandar, Goregaon) I was told that Dettol Hand Soap packs worth Rs.55/- were out of stock. May be the staff is at fault. But there's no website or complaint address. So beware.

This to bring to your notice that invariably there is no proper person (at your Matunga branch) attending the counter which is meant for redeeming the points. It is sad to state that for a few points (Rs. 10 for a purchase of Rs.1000) even an elderly person has to wait (grumbling) for a long time to recieve the same. Today I have preferred to return your membership card than to waste my time standing there for long time or being asked to come some other time to redeem the same. Please note that time is more precious than your these points. You might as well not have this system than having no proper staff to attend to customers.

An average of 7ks bill yet cashiers doesn't bother us to educate about f&b products and it's not possible for us to check expiry date for 30-35 products.
We rely on the staff and staff is not doing their job.

Going on with the woes of Sahakari Reliance at Bandra- There was a time, when it was a peoples store, staff were friendly, fairly regularly in stock. Now that it has gone hi-fi, almost always "madam stock nahi hai, staff barely around in their respective aisles, very rude, don't have proper information. and horribly overpriced with most everything. (In comparison they offer peanuts in exchange by calling them loyalty points.) Purchased a bottle of Maggi Ketchup and the paymment counter, conveniently forgot to pack the free offer.(2nd time) 500gms tin of Quaker oats which was marked Rs 170.00 got billed as Rs 199.00 (everywhere in Mumbai the cost varies fromRs 120.00 -130). Staff says they will charge what is listed in the computer. Wah Kya Sahi Price, Sahi Quality. Somebody, please explain.
I bought items worth 310 from Sahakari Bhandar Mumbai Malad East Store. I gave Rs.400/- at the counter. He asked me for Rs.10/- change. I said I don't have change. Then he is saying that since you don't have change I will remove one item. He made me wait for more than 10 mins asking me for the change which I don't have. Even after repeatedly telling him that I dont have change, he is just aksing me either remove one item or give Rs.10/- change or go out and get the change. The people at cash counter are simply misbehaving with the customers. When the store is full with the people they throw the items on the sides and also do miscalculations like billing the same item twice. This is the complaint I want to post on their service to the customers. When I asked for the manager or to meet the store supervisor, even they did not turn up immediately.
Prabhadevi store and staffer are equally bad. The less talked about it, the better.
I had even lodged a written complaint in their book and the response came after around two months! Of course, without any solution. Just a phone call asking me the same thing and nothing else.

I had added a last min product to my trolley in a hurry, it was l'oreal hair color .After going home when I was arranging I saw that the product was opened from behind and the tube was missing .The whole pack was intact with plastic cover .I complained the store manager, who pierced his finger to find out what was missing and made the opening more wide, but he didn't give me a new pack.he told me to make a complaint but there has been no response.I don't understand why staff doesn't verify all products being displayed and why customers have to bear the loss. The Sahakari Bhandar store at Agar Bazaar, Prabhadevi had issued new loyalty cards to all their customers some time ago. However the existing points from the old cards to the new cards were not transferred claiming that the points record was not there in the system. I assume this would have happened for all Sahakari Bhandar stores. Today I realised that you can indeed find your points pending on the old card.
a) Get the points by simply giving a missed call to [protected] from the mobile number that is linked to your old Sahakari Bhandar Card No. The moment the call is cut you get and SMS indicating the points connected to your card number.
b) Alternately please call the Helpline number as follows - [protected] (From Airtel phones),[protected]From BSNL/Reliance phones) or[protected]std charges apply) to find out how many points you still have pending on your old Sahakari Bhandar card.

This is shocking to mention that there is no price control over self prepared, unregisterred, unhigenic home food ;available at Sahakari Bhandar store- near Chembur Naaka -Chembur -Mumbai-400071
There must be some guidlines & permission has to be obtained from food authority for selling of such products & that too on price more than established brand. Normal Namkeens ( Home made) aprox. 200 /Kg ..
Please consider this matter seriously to avoid unjustice to consumer

Poor Customer Service
The Sahakari Bhandar in Napeansea Road is overcrowded, and people always cut queues. The person at counter bills in an arbitrary order and it takes upto 40 minutes to check out all items. Really poor customer service. Helpful

LOYALTY CARD POINTS ADDITION
I had a disappointing experience at SAHAKARI BHANDAR ( Borivili West, LIC Colony ). I had shopped goods worth Rs. 360. Being a LOYALTY CARD holder, even after submitting the card "at the time of billing", for some reasons my card number didnt come up on the bill.
I spoke to the cashier who asked me to retain the bill so that the month end discounts can be availed. When I showed this to the MANAGER ( Mr. Bhalerao ) he began accussing me of my mistake of not showing the card at the time of billing & hence this situation arised. I then supported my topic by showing my payment of my HDFC DEBIT CARD approval slip that showed the time & amount which "MATCHED" exactly with the bill time & amount. Yet Mr. Bhalerao told me that my points cannot get considered to be added because I am responsible for not displaying my LOTALTY CARD at the time of billing.
Kindly advise me on what can we do to ensure that this gets resolved. Also, I am sure there would be many such customers in my situations facing this experience. Thanks ..

I have a similar complaint. I dont have loyalty card but I I am almost everyday at Shakari Bhandar and I must be spending at least Rs.10, 000/- a month. I never cared to collect loyalty points or free gifts.
Yesterday when I was there at Shakari Bhandar in Colaba Post Office, I saw on the board, spend Rs.1250/- and collect free gifts. The gifts look very good. I asked the Manager, how come I never received any gift when I had spent Rs.1650.- just two days back. On that he said its my duty to ask for the gift, they dont inform. And if I want the gift I should get the bill to claim the gift.

not only is this individual very obstrusive when i come to buy my groceries at Sahakari Bhandar but also the last couple of times he has refused to let me redeem my points.

Considering that this keeping back points in yr system is quite unheard of. I would like to bring this to the attention of the management as i feel there are several malpractices happening at your store.
