Here I want every consumer that this service centre is number one fraud. I had called Samsung service centre for servicing my microwave oven, in which the touch panel was not working. Somehow one guy from above service centre got in touch with me pretending he is from Samsung authorised service centre. He quoted me Rs. 5000 for new panel and to service it Rs. 2400 (with 3 months warranty ), I opted for the service. After 15 days it started...

On being made complaint, m/s. Sai service centre changed ifb washing machine drum & tub and charged rs. 7800/- from us with warranty of 12 months vide bill no. 1492 dated 17.12.2017, which i have paid in cash. The drum & tub, changed by m/s. Sai, was old & used one.
