This is not just for information but to warn all the people that samrat travels (Phulpukur, chinsurah) is basically a fraud, irresponsible and totally mismanaged sub-agency. The tour managers are callous and keep on bluffing. I Dr. Indranil Banerjee had travelled with M/S Samrat Travels of Phulpukur Chinsurah in the month of October,2010 to Bhutan with my wife and 2 year old kid. It was a horroble trip and would like to explain the whole misery in detail so that the authorities can take the necessary actions.
