They don't allowed lolypop for my daughter even she cried and 3 years old.
No humanity
This is just entertainment not examination centre and education centres.
Please make this kind of small snacks inside theatres otherwise consider these kind of issues with public.
Don't scratch public on these kind of things it will explodes in a different way, no one can bare this.

I and my wife and my daughter is coming to watch Jawan movie today in sangam padmam.
My daughter is 3 years old and to compromise her I carried some 5 lollypop. They even don't allowed this inside even my daughter cried.
After made a big quarell with them I volunteer enter the theatre campus with hard hearted.
No humanity.
Even 3 years old daughter asked some chocolates, even they don't allowed.
Otherwise keep these kind of small snacks inside for kids such as lolypop and small Candy's.
We can't give the food available inside the theatre for children's it's so harmfull everyone knows.
Next I am going to file complaint with consumer court regarding this concern.
I won't leave this.

I have booked Aruvam (U/A) - Tamil movie in Sangam cinemas kilpauk, Chennai. The show timing is today 23.10.2019 evening 04.00 PM. Please find attached screenshot for your reference. When I reach to theatre he will informed to me the show was cancelled already we are informed to TicketNew but no one informed that matter to me. Than the theatre employ ask to me you have a choice of watching another movie the same seat or refund the money to your bank account. I’m so sad and angry. I’m coming from Kadapakkam to this theatre I spend 2 hours traveling time and 300 rupees for fare but totally waste of my money, Time and Plan.

Kindly do the needful and get back my booking Charges and Depression some other amount.

I'm one of the citizen in chennai. I went to sangam cinemas for picture. They're charging rs 10 for an hour. Which means 3hrs movie they're charging 30rs. It's really worse. Govt introduced a rule that cinema tickets raised & parking reduced. But, now.. Both are raised. No one cares. Please take further action. It will affect all o[censored]s. You've to take immediate action, so that no one try to against govt rules.

All the theatres in Chennai issuing budget tickets for 10rs except the sangam theatre. I asked directly and customer contact on call there response too bad. They open the 10rs on there wish. This not proper response.
If all the theatres issuing means why they can't issue the tickets?
I need to feedback regarding this from you and I'm eagerly waiting for this complaint.

Sangam cinemas in poonamale high road, chennai offers stinking food and snacks to its customer who come there for early morning or special shows... Zero customer care.. They just was to sell and kill people.. How dare they blindly sell rotten chaptji rolls, puff.. Etc.. Yuk.. I will never ever visit the theater.. Stinking toilet.. Poor maintanence.. No response even after writing they a feedback cum complaint email... I will not stop here.. I will surely escalte it further
