Dear Sir,

On 23/06/2018 at about 10:00 PM i bought a Paneer packet of 200 gm by Rupee 60 (on Packet orginal MRP was Rs. 55 and revised MRP. was 60) from my nearby Saras Booth (Booth Number: 7750), Vardhman Nagar-B, heerapura, Jaipur, bearing Manufacturing Date 17/06/2018. When i opened it at home after approx 10 minute it was smelling badly and having yellowish colour. Immediate then I rushed to booth But till then booth was closed. Next day in the morning i went to booth owner but he refused to refund/exchange this and talked to me in very rude manner. I also called to the Saras customer care number[protected], On call first they said that call us tomorrow and shut the phone down.
Therefore, a serious inquiry to conducted in the matter, and suitable action be taken.
I request that I may be also keep informed.

a "Saras Dairy" located at heart of city Chetak circle is charging one rupee above MRP ofr several products like Dahi and Parle-G biscuits, despite confrontation.
