I ordered a saree from sareelelo.in they send me a different saree i want to return it please my order no is fe40187 from sareelelo.in after delivery no contact made through phone and mail no mail delivery available on mail. I have paid 639 rupees.
The given mail i'd is wrong as shown cs. [protected]@gmail.com as shown in the invoice.

I ordered one saree in online shoping sareelelo.in for rs 635/_ on 12/12/17 order no 39477 it was delivered on cash on delivery basis but saree was not good its very ugly so i called in customer care service so for refund they are asking my bank debit card no r cridit card no and also otp and cvv numbers ii refused to give so they are saying that refund not possible what i do now please do needful help and take action against sareelelo.in...

Hi, i found a website named sareelelo.in and ordered a lehenga worth 959/-, while i have received two plain cloth pieces which are no way relevant to what i ordered and not even worth rs.100/-.

I tried to file for return through their page but it has some error issues.
The seller has a policy to return through mail only but thier mail id is not found while i filed for return through mail. The seller has not shared any...

I ordered fancy sarees online and taken cash on delivery option. They delivered wrong items which are not mentioned. They are very cheap sarees too. No phone number nor the mail id working to contact them. Company name given in my shipper address is citiz mart, 228, nilkanth plaza, kiran chowk. Yogi chowk, surat, ph :[protected] is not working

I ordered a saree on 15th of november 2017 from sareelelo.in which was advertising on facebook. Then i got my parsal on 21st of nov 2017. I have got totally different saree than i have ordered the saree i got is very cheap low cost and quality. I wan to return it but the company email address is wrong. This is regarding my order no. S15858, which got delivered today, which i paid cash on delivery rs. 1, 172.86. When i opened the packet, it contained sarees which i didn't order for. I want to return the sarees as they are wrong product.
You show something on the online site and deliver something else. This way you are cheating on people's hard earned money.
